Used this company for 4 years. Finally got irritated enough after canceling pick ups the week after holidays and switched companies. New company may delay a day, but service continues the following week and they're a few bucks cheaper. Also, expect a 75 dollar fee for them picking up your dumpster when you cancel. They will not allow you to return it.

Employees and customer service reps have always been friendly, even when telling you aggravating things like the 75 dollar pick up fee.

Pathetic. We have used them for our trash removal service for two years. They are more expensive than other options in the area, and they have missed our pickup due to "organizational issues" many times. Each time they refuse to schedule a make up pickup, and tell us to wait until the next week. I just called to cancel citing these issues, and they are charging me 75 dollars to pick up the trash can and take it away, on top of all of this. Save yourself some money and headache and go with a different provider.

Waste Management is very expensive considering those pretty trucks don't make them more reliable with their pick ups. And don't expect them to be proactive - if they miss the pick up you have to spend time tracking them down to get them to come back and get your trash. And once they get you one the phone they act as if you did not leave your container out.
We went to once a week pick up and I swear it got more expensive! WM is not worth what they charge!

Contracted ended a week ago. They were informed two weeks prior that their dumpster had to be removed on the last day of the agreement. A week later it still sits in the way. Update: it has been removed. Thanks to your drivers. They are reliable and courteous.
