26 years of service, and not one complaint! Best waste service ever. Always took what was there no matter what it was. Never late, gave reminders for holiday pickups. Never left any messes.

Our local pickup is great! He’s always willing to help out and do the right thing. The app for WM is very easy to use and they notify me in advance if holidays, changes to routes, etc. I never have to go looking for anything, they bring to me.
People think this stuff doesn’t matter for a waste solution, but managing a full household, working full time and handling all the other parts of ‘life’ mean getting my trash out on the right day so it doesn’t stack up is easy for me to forget. WM helps me get it there by being proactive and working with solid drivers locally. Thank you!

We've had the same garbage man for years. H e is very polite, on time, thorough, neat and professional. On the rare occasions when I have to call in the customer service is great and prompt.

Just moved here last year and obtaining Refuse Service was the easiest service we received. Sign up was fast/ easy / and the driver was one of the first friends we made after moving here. Again of all my service needs, WM was by far the simplest and quickest thing we had started. We even gave the driver a Xmas present for his great reliable service!
