My only complaint is that the time of pickup, after being stable for several weeks or months, will change without notice resulting in a missed pickup. Change if you must, just let me know.

The customer service we receive from our WM collector is the absolute best. He pays attention and make sure there is no garbage on the ground once the can is dumped and he is friendly to us and the neighbors.

We have used them here for coming up on 2 years now. They are almost always on schedule, and when they will have to miss a pickup, they indicate it on the online portal, and usually send a text notification as well. My can is returned neatly back to its spot and I have never noticed any trash left on the roadside or in our driveway after pickup.

The cost of their services is a bit higher than the other options available here, but having used the others and found them infuriatingly unprofessional and unreliable, it's worth the extra for WM's consistency and good service. They are also responsive and helpful if you need to call them with any questions or issues, which is another area in which the other local options miss the mark.

The one service I wish they offered here was recycling pickup, although given the state of recycling at landfills and transfer stations in St Mary's County, that may be a failure on the part of county resources rather than availability of WM trucks and staff.

They do a great job, and I plan to stick with them.

The trash gets picked up when they want, there’s a continuous rescheduled pickup that still doesn’t get picked up on time. The automated system hangs up on you when you try to request a missed pickup or anything really. Most places are cheaper but I pay more and still get medium quality

I’m prior military and moved a lot, so I’ve used several trash removal companies. WM is the best trash removal service that I’ve ever had! They have a great service notification system. So you’re always notified of any service schedule changes in a timely manner. However, the most contributing factor for my 5 star review, is due to their Sanitation Engineer who has the Hollywood, MD route. He’s always on time, friendly, and continuously goes above and beyond! Which is very rare these days. Please make sure you give him the accolades he deserves. He’s the reason that I renewed my WM service contract at my current location and when I move in a couple of months, he will be the reason that I will be acquiring WM trash service for my next address.
