OTR DRIVERS:

swing wide for the entrance for the scale. It's tight. Flip a u turn after scaling and talk to office. Then go down to the end of the street. Got to back in off the street blindside. Will need to pull up into the trees.

Very fast and friendly service.

I live in an apartment complete in Manassas, VA. Waste Management began emptying the recycle bin into the trash truck. After seeing this for 3 weeks in a row, I ran out to the truck the following week and asked the driver why he was dumping the recycle bin into the trash truck. He said that the recycling plants were going to charge the company an extra fee for bringing recyclables with plastic bags in it. So, any recycling bins with plastic bags in them were dumped into the trash truck. But, they did not inform the management at my apartment complex they were doing this. I posted the information on the complex website but, not everyone one reads the post. So, now nothing in my apartment complex is being recycled. I assume that they haven't informed any of the apartment complexes they service. So, I assume they are picking up very little recyclable materials anymore. They claim to be very concerned about the environment. But, they obviously care more about their bottom line more than the environment.

Pull up to the scale get a green light on empty weight and the drive off scale turn right like a u turn and stop at the stop sign, drivers go to the far left door when your facing the front office.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest allowable rating. The residential trash pickup service is hands-down the worst "service" I have ever received in any field. I use the word "service" lightly because I received virtually none. In the 3 months I used this GOD AWFUL "service", a total of 6 pickups were missed. These people excel at being complete f*** ups. I'm not even kidding, the incompetence is beyond belief. Use any other trash company and save yourself the headache.
