Terrible, this company alone is why I think people think of Erie as a dirty town. WM is a privatized company that has a monopoly on the town. With a monopoly they can charge you whatever cost, with poor quality service. The town of Erie has trash flying around in every neighborhood, because we don’t have trash receptacles provided and they don’t pick up trash even when it’s in the side of the road. They also don’t offer residential trash dumping, unless you want to pay over $100 for a load under 1 ton. This company is a big factor as to why I want to leave Erie when I’m done with school here

Charges a minimum of $82 for any trash dropoff. I dropped off a mattress set and an old recliner and had to pay $82. I was told the only other way was to schedule them to be picked up one item per week, which is time I didn't have. Absolutely ridiculous.

Edit - Just checked and I am unable to even schedule bulky item pickup because the website says it is not available in my area.

The weeks leading into Thanksgiving, New Years and week after New Year Waste Mgmt simply cancelled mine and my neighbors service. Forcing us to remove our garbage from roadside hold an additional week and then take two weeks worth of garbage to roadside. Contacted WM all 3 times and their story was different every time I called and was offered a $6 credit for the inconvenience.

It was a dump! Ha ha Erin was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of junk we had to remove from my dads property, our truck was over weight and she explained how to get a waiver. The waiver was approved and we went about our business. She made it very easy and we appreciate that.
