The employees who work for WM have always been consistent and professional! Regardless of weather they are always timely with our neighborhood collection.

So far my interaction with WM services has been wonderful. They were very helpful when i called to set up service and upon trash pickup days gather all my items well and in a smooth manner. No complaints thus far!

Having lived in Glenville for my college career (that is, having dealt with another waste company), I’m especially grateful for the regular, quality service WM provides me as a resident of Clarksburg.
As for the dump itself: offloading trash is a breeze, easier than I ever expected. Just make sure to bring the appropriate PPE; the website has all the info.response / report this review -

Customer service is good polite and helpful. Trash is picked up as scheduled. Glad to have new driver and pickup fella (same person does both jobs) he doesn’t yell and be rude at 6 am like the old guy that apparently didn’t like his job. Thank you to the new guy and customer services support

Pickup is made every week as scheduled. If a holiday makes an adjustment to pickup necessary I am informed by email and message. I feel the pricing is reasonable and the automatic payment system is very convenient.
