  I called to see what my balance was and got the computer assistant. I hate them because it said they could not find my address. I was using my cell phone and because it didn't recognize the number I had to wait till I got home to use my home phone.
  I don't have any problems with the service they provide, I think they are excellent and I appreciate that they let me know when there's going to be a different day pick up because of the holidays and they send reminders for it

  Great service, it's easy to pay your bill online, always timely, and they allow a decent amount of bags per week to be picked up(8), the only complaint I have is I just wish the bill wasn't quite as expensive, but it's not a terrible price I suppose.

  Over charged on multiple occasions when dumpster not full. Had to give a 90 day notice of canceling services after over 10 yrs with them and then charged over $200 to take dumpster away. Business closed due to Covid and loss of customers. Had to cancel but would not quit billing for 90 days and then additional charge to remove dumpster. Very uncooperative when called customer service.

  Over priced, lots of additional fees added to the service cost. Failed to pick up my trash for 2 weeks straight due to "weather". First missed pick up due to weather was understandable but they had a full week to get the missed pick up and never did. The next pick up date they did not show again because of "weather" which was non issue. I called and cancelled and now they are trying to charge me for the 2 weeks they did not pick up. I then said fine, if I am forced to pay for those 2 weeks come get the pick ups I paid for. They said no you cancelled. What a joke. Customer service is also very difficult to get a hold of. I recommend people look else where especially if you live anywhere slightly remote. You could go several weeks without a pick up and not as much as a courtesy email.

  Normally you guys are very hard to get a hold of. I do not understand why my trash is left out Thursday morning when I called three weeks ago and they told me that it would be picked up no matter what Thursday morning. Trash service runs by my house Monday morning and Thursday morning. Monday morning is very consistent. Thursday morning, always leaves me irritated because my garbage is always there and never picked up. It just confuses me because I called about this exact same issue about three weeks ago. Nothing has changed. Overall, I am very pleased with the service. Good qua
