  There is no reason to look any further than Whitney & Murphy. My son passed away unexpectedly in another state. I had no idea what to do, and made numerous calls to facilities in that state to figure out the fastest way to get him home. I was told he would not be able to get back to Phoenix for at least 10 days. I called Whitney & Murphy on a Friday evening and received a call back from Shawn Murphy 20 minutes later. After explaining the situation to him, he said he would get his team on it and gave me updates throughout the weekend. When I asked what I should be doing, he said, "I will handle everything. This is what I do." My son came home 3 days after my initial call to Whitney & Murphy. They took care of that, and everything after, with perfection. I could not be happier with the service and peace of mind Shawn, Amanda and the rest of the Whitney & Murphy team gave to me and my family. Phoenix and the surrounding area is so lucky to have them.

  My families experience with Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home was excellent. The staff is caring, sensitive and very responsive. The service we received was quick and timely and they continued to keep in contact with us even after the celebration of life. With the recent loss of our Father this was truly appreciated.

  My experience with Whitney & Murphy has been nothing less than a phenomenal experience. Barb McGrath the Funeral Director is such a pleasant woman and she handled my case with outstanding Customer Service. She answered all my questions anytime of the day and went over and beyond to make my brothers transition as smooth as possible. Elizabeth called me days later just to check on me and made me feel very special during this difficult time. Last but not least, the secretary Celinda worked with me diligently to get the corrections changed on the death certificate that I made. She was very patient and made several call for me instead of turning her back and making me do it. These ladies are the best and I would totally recommend Whitney & Murphy Funeral Home for quality service. These people truly care🩷🩷🩷

  I am so happy I chose Whitney & Murphy Funeral home for my Mother's memorial service. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other places and the location was beautiful. They were kind and caring throughout the entire process. The service was beautifully put together and the Reverend did an amazing job speaking about my mom. Months after the service they even checked in on me to see how I was doing. If you are looking for a beautiful location with a caring and meaningful service for you loved one this place is highly recommended.

  Whitney & Murphy has been taking care of our family’s generations for over sixty years. We recently lost our mom and Barb treated us with the utmost compassion and caring, from the first day we met with her, during our beautiful memorial service and after, checking in with us to make sure we were doing alright. We were referred to a wonderful pastor, who created a heartfelt service, taking the time to know my mom, without ever meeting her. I cannot say enough for the wonderful care Whitney & Murphy provided us. I hope I have the opportunity to recommend them to a friend.
