Hi Mila!
I just wanted to give your salon some recognition- one stylist in particular SYLVIA!
I came into your salon on Friday, December 15th with a hair tragedy. Sylvia was very honest with me when she said that she didn’t want to make any promises but she would she what she could do. My hair was an awful shade of copper/orange/ red in splotchy patches. Sylvia was so patient and thorough. And after 2.5 hours, I left feeling 1000x better. Long over due, I got my hair done by Hallie in September and she exceeded my expectations. Let me start by saying that my hair was an absolute mess and I called in the day before at 5 and I was able to get an early appointment the next morning with her. She made my hair (which was an orangy mess from trying to dye it at home) a perfect balayage blonde. I left extremely happy and confident. Also, my hair was little mistreated from using at home hair dye and she still made my hair look amazing with a slight trim at the end. Another thing I loved about her was the fact that when she said a trim she meant it. I've gone to hairstylist that say "just" a trim and end up cutting 4 inches off. I'm very content with this salon and will continue to come here! Any of the bad reviews complaining about price and such is ridiculous because they tell you exactly how much it's going to be before starting anything. It is your choice to get it done or not. But honestly, you pay for what you get for and your hair is not something to be cheap about. I've learned that the hard way. Thanks Mila for a great experience and making my hair look fabulous!

I took my 10 month old yesterday to get his first haircut at Mila's. It was my first time there and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Even though my son cried the entire time he was getting his haircut his stylist Sara was so patient with him. She was so nice and Mila even came over trying to cheer him up. I'm definitely returning for his future haircuts and I definitely will go to get mine there too.

I've been going here off and on for the last 5 years. I've had cuts colors and perms from them and I've NEVER been disappointed. They've cut my hair short, and long. They've done color correction and foils and one step colors on my hair. I've also had 2 perms from this salon.
Stephen and Stephanie are perm gods/goddesses. They don't wrap you too tight and they go nuts with the amount of rods In your hair. I'm sure the other stylists are just as amazing.
I've never been over-processed here either. They take into consideration the texture and condition of your hair to ensure that minimal chemical damage is done.
They really do listen to what you want and if you give them free creativity reigns you WILL NOT be disappointed.

This place is amazing! I went in for a hiar cut for my girls and I. When I came for my appointment Sarah was very warm and welcoming , most of all patient with my little ones. My girls hair looks amazing and healthy I ended up getting a haircut, coloring and highlights on my hair. I explained to her what I was looking for and admitted I was quite particular. I am writing this review after visiting two weeks ago because I wanted to see how the color would look after I washed my hair and did it myself. I am so pleased with Sarah's hair cutting and coloring expertise; she really did a great job. It is looking well blended, and beautiful. I have received several compliments and people are asking "where did you get it done"? She is amazing --THANK YOU! And I will be sure to send people her way.

Halie did a truly wonderful job! I am a dark brown brunette that wanted to go ash blonde. Not an easy task! She showed tremendous attention to detail and proved to be quite artistic and very skilled. My hair looks amazing and is still in good condition. I have already gotten many compliments. I am looking forward to going back to Mila's to be Halie's client in the future!

Scheduled an appointment yesterday to finally cut&layer my super long hair for the summer and it was a perfect experience from beginning to end. In the past I have had a very hard time finding stylists who understand what I want even though it's a very simple cut. My appointment yesterday was with Ally. She greeted me with a smile, understood exactly what I wanted (finally!) and was super communicative. She was also very fun to talk with and joke with during my session and she was so real and down to earth. To add to it, I was able to get just the cut, minus the shampoo and style, which I usually haven't been able to do at other salons. I was shocked by how inexpensive my cut was. I am happy to say I will be setting all my future hair appointments with Ally. :)

I was so excited to finally be able to get my hair cut and colored. My mom had been to the river location and her hair came out fantastic. I booked my appointment for 11am at the grant location with Saundra. I was there a few minutes early, came in and gacve my name. One of the stylists said to have a seat, Saundra wasn't in yet but would be there shortly. I waited for what seemed like 20 minutes but was actually only 10 past the appointment time, when one of the other stylists came up to me and said that Saundra still isn't in yet and she could take me. By the time she had come up, I was already disappointed that it was past the appointment time and the stylist that I had booked with wasn't even in the salon. I told the stylist thank you for her offer but declined and took it as a sign not to have my hair done at this salon. My mom had had such a great experience and was disappointed when she heard what happened. Neither of us will be going back to Mila's.

I've gotten my hair cut here three times. The first time was great, my second experience was pretty mediocre. The stylist the second time was pretty taciturn and didn't listen to what I wanted from the cut. I ended up satisfied with my hair but didn't LOVE it. I decided to go back a third time today because my first experience was great and I figured the second was a fluke. Alison was absolutely fabulous, she listened to what I had to say and gave me advice and options on the different things she could do. She completely fixed everything I didn't love about my last cut, and was fun and chatty to boot. She's also one of the few stylists who hasn't tried to style my curly hair straight at the end of a cut. I'll definitely be going back to her again.

I went in with my daughter and I will say the haircuts and price was great. My daughter's stylist, on the other hand, not so much. She hardly talked, I couldn't even tell you what her name is because we weren't told. She raised her voice a few times because my daughter didn't really know how to explain her cut other than two inches off nor did she know how to sit in the chair properly when getting a shampoo. Btw.. My daughter is 19 and should not have been talked to like a child, nor should a child be talked to like that. She really seemed like she didn't want to be there, the stylist that is. At times, the awkward silence was unbearable to say the least. I have always had a great experience at Mila's but next time I will go to the River location.

Both my girlfriend and I received excellent service from 2 different ladies, scheduling impromptu appointments on a busy Superbowl Sunday weekend which we were seated for within 15 minutes of making the call. The friendly stylists followed instruction with dedicated precision and delivered an all-around amazing final product that everyone was more than satisfied with. My particular stylist with her artsy attire was also very polite, making an appropriate amount of un-awkward conversation that further improved the experience altogether. Thanks!
