Good Italian food. Very busy at lunch, so don't go there if you're in a hurry.
The pizza that I had was quite good. Average on price for the area since it is downtown. The staff are very friendly. Not the best pizza I've had, but certainly not the worst.
Good amount of food for your buck family atmosphere,Been coming here for yrs Enjoy
Awesome pizzaria hidden in downtown Pittsburgh. Every one is on a first name basis with every one else. Hoagies are delicious. Be sure to play some Johnny Cash on the jukebox.
Food is fantastic, service really suffers u hv to ask them to serve you, and after u get their attention, its a struggle to get them to check on ur meal or ur experience. Had 2 slices, delish!!
Great pizza! The fries are delicious too. Highly recommend this place if you are in Pittsburgh!
Didn't try the food but getting a drink was like pulling teeth and it wasn't that busy. Has a nice feel, plenty of room, I've heard great things about the food. Don't break the seal, bathroom is a long walk from the main bar and down some stairs. Curiously close to the walk in freezer but I'm sure inspectors cleared that.
Love this place ! Been coming here since the mid 80s. Best Pizza in town and staff is always friendly!
Had a wonderful time here food was delicious service was excellent we were introduced to this place why are wonderful cousin who came into town for concert with us and we love it definitely will be back
Pizza is good, sometimes service enthusiasm is lacking.
Good food. The time it takes can be slow at times, but I would rather have cooked and done right. Staff has always been friendly if I am alone or with others.
Don't go here if your lunch break is only an hour. They didn't warn me ahead of time and when I got up to walk out they told me that if I waited 2 more minutes I could have my food. I waited and they didn't offer to discount for wasting my time. I won't be back here.
I met my buddy here before a Pens game (thanks phil) and have been back a few times since. I love the pizza and the staff was nice. It gets busy and you might have to be a patient customer. Seems like a few of the bad reviews recently are from miserable people. The food rocks, the price is right and the back bar is fun. Cheers!
A coworker came in from lunch with a HUGE slice of pizza & I asked her where she got it. She told me "Villa Reale", she said they have been there for 40 years and their pizza was delicious. So me being the avid pizza eater I am decided to try it based off of my coworkers referral. The pizza I got was horrible. I got 2 slices of pepperoni, they were so tiny. They weren't even as big as my coworkers one slice put together. And they tasted old Like day old, re-heated pizza. And the price I paid was $3.65 a slice Needless to say I will never be going back.
