  Home town restaurant that offers a little bit of everything. Very clean, handicap accessible, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. This restaurant has daily and weekly special with breakfast served all day.

  Just decided to stop by for dinner while driving by. It was excellent. The staff made me feel like I was home. They made sure my kids needed everything they wanted!

  Food was very tasteless, I have eaten here 3 times and the first time my steak was over cooled badly. Second time my steak was again overcooked and my fiance's pancakes had tasted like raw flour. Third time I orded there best steak 17$ and again it was overcooked and it was not a good quality cut of meat. The staff was competent but the food tastes like it all came frozen nothing tasted fresh just thawed and cooked poorly.

  You have to be a local apparently. Two women just stared at us without greeting, or any acknowledgement, while they stood behind the bar doing nothing. Lori, the rude waitress clearly irritated by our presence. The food was microwaved. No follow up to see how we were doing. Had to ask for refills. But she had plenty of time for the locals. Would never go back. Renovations.really? Where? Old style decor.YUK!!!

  Food was so, so! The waleye dinner was not crisp at all, my wife's salad with chicken was pathetic. Sorry folks, just eh!

  If you haven't been to McKenna's recently, they have undergone some major renovations. You won't recognize the place. The food here is good and I am always amazed at the price. I can generally feed the whole family for what it costs me to feed one or two in the City - and the food is often better!! The recent renovations have improved the atmosphere and I believe there will soon be a patio that will offer views of Tamarack Lake. The original bathrooms were disgusting (OK, quaint) but the new facilities are definitely a plus. Definitely worth a short detour off M-46 if you happen to be passing by Lakeview.

  Has a nice Diner atmosphere, with a full service bar. Plus a view of Tamarack Lake from a separate dining room. Outside patio, too!
