This place is an AMASING ma and Pa restaurant/coffee joint with amasing food and phenomenal service and great people.

Whether lunch, brunch or breakfast, I've always had excellent food, service and atmosphere at Hit the Road Joe's. It's also a great place to get coffee and dessert. It's out of the way and that's a goid thing. Highly recommended.

A must destination on Sunday drives! Great food, fabulous coffee, and of course, the staff are wonderful! Newaygo Counties little hidden gem :) One of my top favorite spots in Michigan.

Wonderful little place! They had gluten free bead! First toast I've had in over a year! Reasonably priced and a great atmosphere. Friendly waitress. And the food was delicious. I had the Mexican lasagna. Just writing this review is making my mouth water again. It's off the beaten path but DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE!

We went for breakfast and my breakfast sandwich was awesome. My boyfriends however, was not. Very small compared to mine and it was totally dry. The ameretto flavored coffee was fantastic. The service was excellent. I still highly recommend this place.
