So reason why I rate it 5 stars as because for the money you are spending you are getting excellent friendly service. The receptionist and caretakers are super friendly and helpful. You have simple quiet rooms that are very clean with all of your necessities provided includes excellent air conditioner a fridge and a microwave. The beds are super comfortable and very clean. Now of course the room is not in modern condition but again like I said for the price you're paying it is an excellent choice plus right next to the airport I have stayed here for 3 nights and will return once again when I come to the area

Poor. AC doesn’t work. Stink, ugly place. One night at 2am someone knocked first and tried to open a door with key. I called front desk and he told me that he made a mistake . Like he wanted to open a door next to me. Nice try to steal something but I was in the room. Don’t go there.

This is not a chain-like motel, so you don't expect fancy rooms. I loved the fact that you can pay cash, that they use regular instead of electric keys, and everything in the room is old fashion, but you have everything you need. Its clean, quiet and feels safe. Like it!

Was budget friendly for room to have fun but now the price go to Hilton or days inn on Sheridan same price nicer

I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Clean, Hot water, Cold Air Conditioning, Solid free wifi, and a VERY comfy king sized bed! If I could put 10 stars I would! Very helpful staff as well! They have 100% found themselves a return customer!

Stayed Wednesday night, the manager amd owner were quite nice and very helpful. Towels were brought to our room. Room was just freshly cleaned. Room was very clean and tidy. The bed was a king and very soft with great pillows! HBO was available, which was a fantastic surprise. There was an argument in a room near us, but the staff immediately handled the situation, no worries at all. Highly recommend this Inn to anyone looking for a nice place and a good nights sleep. Both my husband and I slept peacefully.

Free WiFi is a joke. Like trying a neighbor's WiFi. Straight out of " No Country For Old Men" walls are so paper thin I'm hearing the next room's romantic talk. I had to fill out a form with all my personal information, and they actually made a photo copy of my drivers license. I booked with my credit card over the phone, so now I KNOW I have to get a new one. SHADY.

Its a little overpriced but the staff is very helpful flexible. The place could use some maintenance but its a good place to stay if you wanna be close to the airport or need somewhere to rest for a night or two.
