Room was excellent! The bed was comfy, plenty of room. The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating to me and my friends needs. Went above and beyond expectations

Very comfortable accommodations. The bed was very comfortable. Room and furniture were nice and fairly well maintained. Staff were friendly and service was good. Hot breakfast was quite good. Compared to equivalent competitor brands, this facility might be slightly disappointing.

Best hotel stay! Very clean; friendly staff. Blake and Sebastian at the front desk were always super helpful. Breakfast is delicious with wide variety and hotel is located near a lot of great restaurants and shopping. I had to stay at this hotel three or four different times (sudden move from out of state) and every time was exceptional! Keep up the great work! The only hotel that felt like home.

I've stayed here twice during this past year, for a total of three weeks. The rooms are well-appointed and include many amenities to make a longer stay more comfortable: full-size refrigerators, stoves, large rooms, etc. Housekeeping keeps the place tidy, and every front desk person I've dealt with has been courteous, helpful and professional. I really enjoy the three weekly socials that include snacks and drinks. My favorite staff member is Euri, who runs the breakfasts. She remembered me from my first stay, and was always kind and friendly, asking about my day and my family. I enjoy staying here and will again.

Quick shuttle ride from the airport, it's nice having a full size fridge and kitchenette area with 2 rooms. The pool and hot tub area were nice. The only unfortunate part was a few guests who were at the pool when we arrived were slobs, leaving cigarette butts around the pool and empty beer cans floating in the hot tub. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There were some complimentary drinks in the evening and a good BBQ food truck. The breakfast was also very good.

Due to hurricane Irma, I evacuated my south Florida residence and stayed here twice. The first time was the day before the storm made landfall. I was with my small dog. We were displaced and frantic the staff here was so accommodating. The check in was a breeze. Through all the chaos of this storm the staff made everything better. We had an amazing suite, amazing food, and a good night sleep before flying out to Texas. After the storm, we returned a few days later and I decided to stay two more nights because Sebastian and Tom and Mary made our stay such a pleasure Thanks for all your kindness XO~ Katrina and Franklyn

Very comfortable room with more little extras than their competitors. The social night with free drinks was great and the popcorn in the room was a nice bonus. I had a very comfortable stay.

This place seemed like it needed a little TLC compared to others. The bathroom needs more lighting, it was very dark in the shower. Also, the entry door into the room was clipping the edges, requiring us to have to push and pull the door harder than usual just to open or close it. Also, while in our room and watching TV, the TV fried itself. While that isn't a fault of the hotel, it happened after finding the remote had no batteries.

The staff was nice and helpful! Place was clean and quiet. My only complaint was the back entrance was not working with our room key but it was not a big deal! And it wasn't just ours, so the problem was with the door, not the keys. I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

Very nice accommodations and everything looks and feels brand new. We checked out the 2 bedroom apartment style room and it was better than most time share resorts I have stayed in. Brand new full fridge and kitchen, living room, comfortable beds, nice decor, and feels like you are in your own brand new 2 bedroom apartment. The staff are kind and helpful as well. 5 stars
