An all-in-one shopping complex with excellent restaurants and convenient shopping centers with a theater in a relatively nice part of town. It's great for a date night or a quick trip to the grocery store.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel when you visit Atlanta. The hotel is apart of a new mix use development. Next to shopping, a movie theater and restaurants. The gym is nice as well.

AMAZING! Evrything from customer service to the room was incredible. I booked this room for my uncle for his anniversary. He'd gotten some pretty upsetting health news a couple weeks ago so I really wanted to make this trip special for them. I spoke with two front desk representatives and they were both absolutely warm and professional. They even upgraded my uncle's room! As soon as he checked in he couldn't wait to call and let me know how much they love their room.

The bar at the Twelve Atlantic Station has a nice ambiance as well as a fine selection of drinks. There was also live music when I was there, which was a nice touch. The drinks are a bit pricey, but not outrageous considering the venue is located in the midtown area. There are other restaurants/bars in the vicinity that one could go if they choose. The crowd there is also diverse, ranging from the mid-20s all the way to older 40+.

I have a very bad taste when it comes to this place. On Saturday we was celebrating my step-son engagement purposal, when we was interrupted by staff at 8:30 p.m. saying we need to quiet down. Keep in mind the time and we are adults no more than 15 of us present. No late hours noise , no loud music just some laughter and conversation. Getting to the serious point of this situation is my step-son lady , dad had travel here to be a part of his daughter important engagement. The staff waits until some of my step -son guess leave to come back. Well my step -son and his wife was ask to leave losing money on their room and also was charge on his credit card additional money. Now who wants to experience this on your important day. Read my review and take your business somewhere they appreciate your money.

Always pleasure coming here for events. Was here to attend a show in the event hall off to the side. It's not hard to get to and of course the whole of Atlantic station was a few feet away. Parking is a pin but thankfully it's cheap to park per hour within the deck compared to the rest of Atlanta. Also they have spots for EV's too. I have yet to stay in the hotel part but from what I have seen visiting a friend or two it's definitely nice inside and upscale as well. Look forward to the next event I attend there!

Twelve Hotel is in the process of renovating. The word is that it will be fabulous when completed. I enjoy my experience when staying here.
The staff is confident, well trained, respectful,and listen to any issue or request I have made and resolved with appropriate solution. Valet service is out standing. The beds are great , pillows are accommodating 3 levels of density soft, med, firm and 6 pillows per bed. I sleep wonderfully. Some have full kitchen, full appliances, dishes, silverware, pans, glassware, ice maker & filtered cold water. Extra kitchen items may be requested and delivered to your room. Room space is quite large, and the glass windows in living room give a awesome view around the perimeter of the property. Great exercise room & seasonal outdoor pool.
I recommend this "jewel" in mid-town with high hospitality standards .response / report this review -

Suites are top notch and the service here is great! Our room was very spacious and clean. Its Atlantic station so there are many restaurants, stores, movie theater, etc in walking distance. The valet guys seal the deal they are the BEST! You don't even have to remind them what type of car or room number! You call down for your car when you get outside it's already pulled around! Make sure you tip these guys because they deserve it and need a raise!

It's a nice development but very hectic and confusing. On this trip there happened to be fewer people so it was easier to navigate but generally I get anxious just thinking of going there. The service was good, all were very nice.

Went for prom dinner. Staff was very friendly and there was live music. Only complaint is because we were a large group they gave us a shortened menu and gave us a dry gritty yellow cake even though we ordered the molten cake off the menu provided. Other than that the food was delicious.

My party had two rooms on the 5th floor with a nice Midtown view. We stay here once a year and haven't had any issues. Clean, contemporary accommodations with friendly service.

Suites are top notch and the service here is great! The valet guys seal the deal they are the BEST! You don't even have to remind them what type of car or room number! You call down for your car when you get outside it's already pulled around! Make sure you tip these guys because they deserve it and need a raise!

Terrible! You can only have four people in your room. You cannot smoke, ANYTHING! Not even on your own $800 balcony. You cannot make any noise. The huge security officer is a complete ass and walks around looking for people to mess with. Even talking to the supervisor was a bust because he takes orders from the security officer and is extremely rude. The twelve is NOT all it has cracked up to be. Do not waste your time and money. There are plenty of hotels in ATLANTA!
