Our first morning, our door wouldn't open from the inside and our phone wouldn't work. We had to call the front desk from our own phone and have someone let us out. We asked for a different roombl before leaving for the day, but they didn't check to see if there was another room until we got back much later that afternoon (there weren't any). The door lock still didn't work, so they had to spend the entire afternoon fixing the lock while we were in the room. Then gentleman was really nice, but it made it difficult to take a nap after our long day (we were in for a graduation ceremony). There were no offers to make things right, instead we had to ask for anything to be done.

Room was great, location was great. Drinks were expensive even for a hotel. Shots were $9, we paid $30 for a bottle of Gallo wine. That's not the problem though. The problem was at check in and especially at check out. The lady that checked us in told us there would be a $20 hold placed on our card that would drop off after a couple of days. Ok fine no problem. We wake up the next morning and they placed $120 hold, and in two separate charges One $50 one $70. Obviously I thought there was some kind of mistake. The lady at the front desk was just. Terrible. She was dismissive, and her explanation consisted of "it must be a glitch or something". When I explained the other lady saying it was $20, and asked why it was in two separate charges, I was met with a blank stare. She made absolutely no effort to solve the problem it even EXPLAIN the problem. I will never stay here again because of her. She needs serious customer service coaching, considering she's got front of house responsibility for a major downtown hotel. Yeesh.

Very nice rooms and balconies with either a view of the city of a view of the nice courtyard! The hotel itself is a bit small and has a small bar that’s closes a bit early, around 10PM. However, it’s the perfect stay for business people wanting a place in Midtown because it’s in the center of a lot of attractions.

A very nice place comparing to the prices around it . 90$ for a double queen bed and two extra rolling bed is a deal for me. Especially when you have a family of 6 . 20$ for parking. Starbucks inside along with fairness center and an outside pool . The staff is extremely nice and very helpful . We had a great night and will definitely do it again. 5 minutes from the Aquarium and couple blocks from BBC Building.

Nice hotel. Courteous staff. Sufficient parking for guests. Near a few good restaurants, some within walking distance.

The room was nice as could be expected and was reasonably priced for being so incoprorated into georgia tech. The service went above and beyond; when we did not have sheets, they brought them up quickly and they also helped us resolve a problem regarding complementary breakfast. My only gripe was the pool. Leaves and buds were evident on the surface of the water. Other than this, the hotel experience went well.

I stayed up on the 8th floor, in a 1 king size bed room. The room itself is everything you'd want. Nice closet and dresser, great closet, bathrooms nice. The only problem I ran into is my Mac had a lot of trouble connecting to the wifi. It took 40 minutes to resolve. After going to the front desk, it just started working for no reason. Not a great experience.

Modern hotel that is close to the heart of Atlanta. Great shopping and restaurants near by. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mary, the shuttle driver. Hotel food was good. Pricey during Labor Day weekend but comparable to other hotels.

Staying here for 5 days while going to Prog Power USA. 2 days in, it's been great. Hotel staff has been excellent, the hotel itself is very clean, and I ran into one of the bands in the lobby. I'll definitely consider it when I come again next year.

My girl scout troop and I stayed a week and I must say we had a great time! Mr Cliff and Mr Tim are wonderful shuttle drivers. They were very helpful and always courteous to my troop. I feel they went the extra mile for us.
The hotel was very clean and our rooms were very nice and the staff with the exception of Scott the night manager was great. Myself and two other troop leaders witnessed Scott berating the security guard for attempting to help us when my battery died under the breezeway at the front door. Other than that everything and I do mean everything was great about this hotel.

Very nice staff and the room was fine. It was very noisey from street noise. So much so that complimentary earplugs are provided. $20 to park seemed like a lot!

Nice rooms but the layout is a little strange. You can't really see the TV from the bed. I also think Hilton Garden Inn has a more comfortable bed. Overall a good hotel though. The lodge area in the lobby is a nice feature.

Laid down around 4am. Fire Alarm started going off at 5am and CONTINUED FOR HOURS!! Every 20 minutes it was going off and lasting for about 5-10 minutes, and every 30 minutes the office calling to apologize. We were forced to get up 7:30 am and just get on the road. But the hotel was nice and everyone was friendly.

Nice hotel. Evening receptionist could not be nicer. Decided to stay an extra night and was given a rate of $139. I was charged $149 and the daytime guy (who seemed rude anyway) insisted both me and my 23 year old daughter were wrong. $10 bucks is not a big deal, obviously, but the guy's attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. If not for him, I'd give the hotel a 5 star.
