The guestrooms are older but clean, the bathrooms could use a renovation, stocked with the standard white tea and aloe scented toiletries, and our double room had a single bathrobe but no slippers. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the second floor lobby is inviting, and the location is adjacent to a highish-end shopping mall (there's a Neiman Marcus).

Excellent stay, stellar service. Regie at the front desk is THE BEST!!! Words cannot express how great Reginald is. Best in class customer service and because of him I’ll come again. Checked in on 10/26 and he gave excellent tips on where to visit, food, always addressed every request in a friendly yet professional attitude. Room was great, clean, comfortable. We didn’t like the restaurant on site and thought the food was mediocre but that’s ok because there are lots of nice restaurants around. Will definitely stay at the Westin Buckhead again

Wonderful hospitality. Meals are superb. Hotel is decent and exotic with courteous staff. I enjoyed my stay here. Very serene, yet lively environment.

Great service great room great location. Overall can't go wrong. All employees were very polite and basically can't go wrong. One of my favorite hotels to stay in when I go to Atlanta.

Great place for a business function. The staff was exceptional, humorous, and accommodating. The parking was a little hefty I was there for a business function and had to get there early for seating so I was there for less than 9 hours but had to paid the full $29 overnight rate. Right next to the mall which is great. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance also.. Though the food there was pretty good.

Absolutely amazing experience! I was greeted by Markese who made feel like family from the very beginning. Excellent customer service from check in to check out. I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday there and they helped his birthday wishes come true. I will definitely be back again.

Upscale hotel in the middle of Buckhead. I love the smells of Westin hotel. You can go anywhere in the world and the soap smells the same. Walk in to the lobby and a welcoming scent greets you. It is inviting and let's you know your sleep is going to be quality. Buckhead Westin is no different, and being right next to lenox center has it's advantages as shopping and entertainment options are within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location. The customer service was excellent. I'd like to recognize Danita Davis for her hospitality and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. I'll be back!

They catered the conference with excellent food. All the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful the whole time. The conference area is really well appointed. I very much enjoyed the conference there.

To validate your ​parking ticket you have to go to a separate desk in​ the hotel. The brunch buffet was good. Lots of fresh fruit.

We ate breakfast at the Palm Restaurant in a private room reserved for us. It was a great way to catch up with family after the wedding before we all headed home. The food was great and the staff was wonderful. We got the breakfast buffet which was really good but pretty expensive at about $22 per person.

The hotel is VERY nice and the stay was awesome! BUT THE PARKING is horrible. The garage is confusing and I could never find my car. I was DOUBLE charged for parking. On my hotel bill and again when leaving the garage. I called for over a week and left messages to resolve and no one would call me back. I called corporate who could not do anything. I finally got a call a week later saying I would be reimbursed. I explain the Folio charge was fine but please re-reimburse the garage parking amount. They said ok. When I lookthey did it wrong again. I am so over it and it has been such a hassle I am just going to let it go. Not pleased with the customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The staff was very welcoming and enjoyed the southern hospitality. My room was awesome with a comfortable bed and a nice view. This hotel is conveniently located in Buckhead next to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Atlanta.
