I had an excellent experience at this hotel! I stayed there for my birthday and upon learning that it was my birthday the staff immediately searched to see if there were any upgrades they could give me for the occasion. Unfortunately, because a wedding party had booked the same weekend there were no upgrades available but later that night when I returned to my room from dinner (which they provided a complimentary car service to and from!) they'd left a bottle of champagne, a nice fruit and cheese board and a birthday card signed by the staff and manager for me. Such a thoughtful touch.
The bar makes a delicious mojito, the restaurant makes a beautiful creme brulee and I was even given a complimentary late check out the next morning "just because". I can't sing the staff's praises enough!

Comfortable, high end, with a friendly staff willing to do whatever you need to keep you safe and comfortable. One of the attendants went out of his way to make sure my Lyft came to get me from the front entrance when my phone died. They also made sure to deliver coffee to my room when I had a long night of work ahead of me.

I was not here for business, so I didn't see any of the meeting venues, which seem to be the primary focus for the hotel. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good for the price point, but the service was really outstanding. The people who work here were all very professional, on the ball, and friendly without being obsequious, like you would expect from a first-class hotel.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary. We got a city view room and the view was awesome! The room was comfortable, the hotel was nice, and all the hotel employees we spoke with were wonderful. If you need anything during your stay go see Preston, the concierge! He's great. He and the manager at the front desk helped my husband coordinate a sweet anniversary surprise. They pulled it off perfectly, I was so impressed! I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. A little dated. Our room had a great view of the downtown Atlanta skyline. The staff was quick to respond to requests. The hotel is connected to Lenox Square Mall. Great location with access to the MARTA train line

Superb service at the JW Marriott Atlanta Buckhead! It is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The indoor pool is the perfect way to cool off during these hot summer days! We initially were only staying one night and ended up extending our reservation. I would definitely stay here again.

The JW Marriott in Buckhead is a very nice stay. It's located directly next to Lenox Square Mall, very convenient. At the front desk they offered us a free roll away bed when they saw that we were traveling in a group of 4. They were also able to give us a room on a higher floor that had a great view of Atlanta. The pool, lobby, and fitness center are all very nice.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

our large group (500 ppl). For our awards dinner, we had the chicken option. We have the budget-friendly chicken option for all of our staff meetings, which means that I've had cold, dry chicken served on cold, bland rice pilaf with cold green beans a million times. Last night, the JW served warm food! The chicken was neither bland nor dry. Even the carrots were warm, seasoned and not overcooked. This may be the only hotel in the country that knows how to serve a warm chicken breast. The parking deck was hard to get out of at the end of the night with so many people leaving at once. After about 10 minutes, someone came out to lift the gate and take our validated tickets. That got us out of there in minutes. Didn't stay the night, so I can't comment on guest rooms, but the meeting facilities have been perfect so far (we still have 3 more days of meetings this week).

Great experience!! Very welcoming from the moment you arrive! Staff was fabulous, hotel is quaint and great location! Rooms were large and clean, even though they are somewhat dated. Only recommendation would be for a better bar area for guests!

Love this hotel! Within walking distance of Lenox Mall and all the nice restaurants in Buckhead! Parking sucks as with anything in Atlanta. Valet is your best option, it's only $10 more than self parking. It's pricey but it's nice!
