Beautiful room/suite! Very clean and setup smartly. Great parking and secure lots. While I stayed at Piedmont Hospital, my wife loved this room. I did get to stay two nights and slept beautifully. They have a discount for hospital patient family!

Pretty expensive for renovated old apartments. It’s a high charge because of the location. The stay was comfortable, linens and toiletries were provided and clean. We requested a late check out and early check in that was honored with no hesitation. They provide full breakfast and have a social hour. Customer service is very good. However, there was a roach in the bathroom. Where’s there is one, there is more and you could hear everything going on from the rooms next door. The two bedroom suite is really a 1 bedroom with an additional loft room above the living room. Not much privacy for couples with an additional guest having to use one of the rooms bathrooms is the only option for an additional guest. Lobby restroom for the women was not clean and had a really bad odor. Not what I was expecting for a 4 star rated hotel. This place is VERY OLD with new upgrades and amenities.

Rather than a typical hotel, this is set up a little more like 4-plexes with several small buildings, which made it feel a little less secure than a traditional single hotel building. Overall this is a fine place to stay. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. The breakfast buffet is isn't great quality, but has all the staples (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, croissant, etc). The exercise room is pretty tiny with 1 exercise bike, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, a full dumbbell set, and a little yoga equipment. Didn't use the pool or small basketball sports court. Most exciting thing to happen was we were privy one morning to a screaming match between some of the housekeeping employees right outside our building, which was pretty hilarious.

Great area in Buckhead and easy to find. Check-in was fast and the hostess was awesome. The stay was a great one and we will definitely be back. The breakfast was great as well and it was set up like buffet style. This is one of the most upscale continental breakfast ever!

Nice hotel, but hard to get into from the North bound side of Piedmont. Parking lot was being worked on while we stayed so good news for future guests. As with many hotels, avoid the first floor or make sure nobody is above you. People with kids upstairs made me think I was under a bowling alley.

Outstanding customer service. I stayed there for 4 days with my family and my expectations were exceeded consistently. I would like to give my biggest amount of praise to Vincent. He was kind, professional, and gave us that personal touch that is missing in today's business transactions. He was able to fix a room and billing issue the arouse shortly after checking in. He was also around throughout our stay to make sure things were still in order. Later, when I needed to extend my stay, other members of the staff made it easy to continue my stay at the same rate.
The hotel was conducting a slight improvement to the parking lot and that made maneuvering around slightly challenging, but it was nothing major. And if that's the worst thing I can say, then you know it was top notch in every other way in my book.
So if you are looking for a clean comfortable, nice place to rest your head while in the Atlanta area, I would highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott in Buckhead. The staff is friendly and the rates are more than reasonable. I know it's where me and my family will be staying from now on when we visit.

We have a beautiful room with seating area and kitchenette in addition to king sized bed. The staff have consistently been friendly and responsive. The inn provides a free shuttle to Piedmont hospital and a special rate for this without family there. We couldn't be more pleased with both the facility and the service

❌❌❌The maids stole 550$ Of my money when I was sleep ❌❌❌
❌❌😔 Came in the room without permission and did not announce herself when she came in ❌❌❌

So my Expierence at this Hotel. When I went too check in they where very unprofessional. They didn't even check my ID or Credit card & I booked it thru third party. So they must check I'd well they didn't check mines. So later on I woke up I had 650 $ in my wallet I counted my money in my wallet went too sleep. So I left it unzipped. When I was sleep I kicked my wallet off the bed wich was a accident because I was sleep. So all my money fell on the Floor. The maids came in the room without my permission. 3times while I was sleep. My friend that was sleep in the guest pull out kept hearing the door open. He also said he woke and seen a maid in the room but she threw a pillow at him and said sorry and he went back too sleep. So I woke up and when I looked down all my money was Gone !!!!! They only left me 60$ in my wallet. I recall they took 550 $ the maids did this because I'm from out of state and I think they do that too most of there guest

Could be a nice property. Place was messy, staff were rude, guests were unruly. Never again.

Clean rooms, but cold even with heat on. The upstairs portion was warm and at times hot. Had to keep adjusting the thermostat.

The rooms are large and the kitchen/living is well equipped for a long stay. We have employees at our company spending weeks at a time. The loft style with two bedrooms + 2 bath and windows on multiple sides is pretty cool and lends a feeling of more space than there actually is. The beds are very comfortable. The living area has a fireplace for wood pellets (available for purchase at reception) which is even more homely. The common area has a huge grill that we've made a lot of use. It gets up to about 500 degrees pretty quick. There's tables, a fire pit and mini basketball court there too. Pool can be overloaded with young children. The hot breakfast isn't much to talk about but will keep you from going hungry at least. In the last year some things have gone downhill.. wifi speed is unusable and maintenance seems to have fallen behind. Housekeeping are still great.

First night upon arrival room was freezing. Went to front to ask night shift attendant for a blanket for my son who was sleeping on the pull out as there was none in the room. We were DENIED a blanket and told go check our room! Second there seem to be lots of "residences" in this hotel. Walking around you will see lots of chairs outside doors with beer cans littered all over. There was even a birthday party held at the pool leave no parking for other guests and no use of the pool. The day staff is kind, but if you can just stay someplace else.
If traveling with a pet, they are pet friendly and that experience was good not much grass to walk them in though.
