So sorry to see this die. Lots of empty stories. I shopped there for years. Hate to see it go down hill. The people that works in some of the stores weren't very friendly. A lot of young people walking. I felt like they looked at us longer than they should. Couldn't find a cup of coffee and the food court is almost empty. I hope you can make tha a good to shop.

Love this mall. Empty stores were somewhat upsetting. We can't lose this mall too. The new play area was somewhat rough with big kids racing around , knocking smaller kids down or scaring them ..Big kids climbing on the outside of the big enclosed tunnel. Really need more supervision.

I had not been to this mall in a long time, and I realized after visiting just why. A ton of the shops have closed, the food court is slowly decaying and there's an entire wing of the mall that is dead without a single store even in it anymore. They have had "Coming Soon" stuff posted around for years for stuff that has never materialized. The look and feel of the mall itself is stuck in the 90s and it needs a new coat of paint 10 years too late after some failed renovations never caught on awhile back. With more places to shop nearby, and a lot of work to be done, there's high hopes that it'll come back from the dead but those hopes get dashed quickly when you realize shops would rather be built in the parking lot than be inside the actual mall.

This is a beautiful mall, but it made me question the economic status of the area because for its size, there weren't many stores in it. We walked through the whole thing in less than half an hour. The stores that were there were nice and some we don't have back at home. I pray the next time I visit that it is doing better!

There are a lot of vacancies in this mall. I just wanted dessert so stopped here to get a cinnamon roll from Cinnabon. I wouldn't choose this mall if I wanted to go shopping though.

This place should be shuttered. Run down, no stores, ghost town. Here is a good rule of thumb for all shopping malls.." once the urban stores move in, closing the doors is not far behind"

A good mall to get in and get out because there's not many stores. There's enough to get what you need and nothing more. Most stores have closed down, but they do have a wonderful play center for children

Still has some anchor stores. Second floor shopping seems to be thinning out. Not as crowded as it was about 20+ years ago. Too bad. This was the place to go back in the 80's and 90's. Yes. I'm showing my age.

Tricounty Mall is still holding it's own against huge competition. I still shop here but not frequently. Still among my favorite malls. I feel safe here.

Some my favorite stores are here and they usually aren't as crowded as Kenwood. I can always find decent parking.
