Online booking not accurate. Bathroom door in room broke. Shuttle was taking 1.5 hours to pick up and only 5 min from casino. Spend the extra money and stay at Hollywood.

Average hotel. Pretty much what you would expect for the price. Continental breakfast was limited in choice compared to other similar hotel breakfasts.

Had reservations here for a wedding, and when we arrived the informed us there was not any hot water. Not only did we book months in advance, we call we on the way down to verify accommodations. Asked why they did not let us know, and they responded they did not have our number.????? Argued for over an hour with the staff, and eventually a room with hot water magically appeared. As all other hotels were booked, we stayed here instead of driving 3 hours home after the wedding. Once we got it room, it was trashed. AC unit missing in the hallway letting hot air in, holes in the walls everywhere, etc . Do yourself a favor and stay at the casino, at least they value quality.

Greeted as soon as we came in. Room was nice. Pool was small but kids enjoyed it breakfast was good.

Mold in bathtub. Outlets in dangerous places presenting a fire hazard. A lot of deferred maintenence. Bath sink cracked in half and poorly repaired. Television didn't work. More what I would expect from a low end budget hotel. Not a Holiday Inn Express. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Our room was fine. The stay was fine. However, when I got home I realized I had left a personal item at the hotel. I called the same day that I had checked out to see if anyone had found it. I have called back twice a day for the last several days to ask and no one seems to know what happened to my item. I understand that it is my fault for leaving something behind, however, I am very angry that the hotel would have just discarded someone's personal belongings without trying to return it. This item had no value to anyone but me. It is not something that anyone would have taken, yet even after several phone calls I'm not sure anyone really made an effort to locate it. I have been to this hotel a couple times before and would have returned, but now I will not.
