Had genius bar appointment. Arrived early. Signed in. Was directed to sit at the bar. Nobody even made eye contact for 15 min. Busy checking their own phones and chatting. Rude. Arrogant. Joe was awesome when he got to us. So thanks Joe!

trying to get anyone on the phone is a joke! I have an apt to get my battery replaced and I was trying to call to make sure they had the battery in stock and a rough estimate on just how long it might take considering I work at a hospital and I'm on call for emergency cases, so not having my phone is not an option for me. Tried calling since the time they opened and still NO ANSWER 2 hrs later. Talked to a girl from a main hub for apple and she told me to contact the manager of the store and still NO ANSWER.. talk about disappointed. Seriously considering changing phones to a Samsung or something else with better customer support.

There's a reason that Apple places such high standards on their stores and personnel as well as their products and it certainly shows at their Kenwood Store. I've only ever received the best service from them. Whether it was Aaron in sales, or Dave in support, their employees are a credit to their work ethic.

I made an appointment today at 7:00. I got there at 7:00 and after waiting and passing I got to a table and waited for 5-7 minutes, one of the employees, Brady was his name. Very nice and cool understanding dude. Walked me over to the front and checked out my phone. (I had a speck in the camera) after some diagnostics, he received a thin box and in it was my brand new replacement silver iPhone 7. During the whole time we had nice talks and he understood how iOS 11 wasn't as bug free as iOS 10. We had a great talk and after he gave me my new phone, my father and I gave him a handshake. Brady did exceptional and did amazing. Thank you Apple and Brady for getting my iPhone situation figured out. Really appreciate it.

Made an appointment via phone. Showed up on time. Stood in line. Didn't have the replacement available, despite the appointment. Not great.

Edit: was told 3-5 biz days for replacement. Get a call next day saying it's available for pickup and I won't need to wait in line. Arrive and am directed into The Line From H*ll. Wait, am directed to a table with everyone else. Sit and wait more.

    Horrifying.

To put this in perspective my wife has been having issue with her phone going off on its on. This is the second time this has happened to us with a recall on the phone. So I was messing around on Apple’s site and found a program for Non-responsive phones and put her number in and bam it is eligible for the program. So she schedule an appointment for it with the service team at Apple. I put my phone in and it says i didn’t qualify b/c I either don’t have a device defected or my phone had been replaced under the program already.

So now we go to the apple store and arrive at the appointed 10 minutes early. They send you to a table with 3 other people. Then the magic happens you wait and wait and wait. Nearly and hour before anyone talks to you at the table. The girl walks away with my wife’s phone without saying much at all very dry personality and really doesn’t seem to belong in retail. She comes back and says something about a thermal event (whatevery we never made it hot would have happened on its on) and then the part to make us made your phone isn’t under warranty nothing us. This is where I step in and say this isn’t a warranty repair this is a repair based on a recall. She still unable to communicate and needs to get a manger who seemed much more customer service capable thankfully. They went from not wanting to help to at least acknowledging us. All that ended up happening is doing some factory firmware reset and telling us if it happens again to come back they will look deeper. I am sure it will but we will give them the benefit of the doubt.

The moral here is if you have an appointment don’t expect it to be on time and don’t expect good customer service I have over 20 apple devices and have spent loads of money on them as you can imagine and have been in the position of being there in the past. They need to fix the site to say you don’t qualify for something so you don’t waste your time.

I am upset with this store because my phone is broken (Sprint has told me it must be an internal issue so I should take it to Apple) and I depend on my phone for work, school, and many other things due to this being the 21st century. I walked in the store and a man approached me and asked why I was there and asked if I had an appointment. I said no (because I did not plan for my phone to randomly break) and he quickly turned me away. He didn't ask why I was in, what my phone was doing (for all he knew it could've been an easy, quick fix), etc. He said they had a large amount of people coming in to get their phones fixed (maybe they should make a better product?) and there was no possible way for them to help me before they closed, which was in 2 hours and 15 minutes. I left, though, because I do understand that I should've made an appointment. HOWEVER, when I did get home and tried to make an appointment, I found out that I can only make one after receiving a text with a code and entering it in on Apple's website to confirm my device. Well my phone is broken, so I cannot do that. If that man at the store would've given me any sort of help, attention, or 60 seconds of his time, he would've been able to find out that I cannot receive texts/cannot access my phone at all and maybe would have been able to tell me it is impossible to set up an appointment at home anyways and I could've made the appointment while I was there. Anyways, my rant is really just to warn people to make appointments because if you don't, your existence in that store will not be acknowledged. I doubt anyone from Apple looks at these reviews but maybe, just maybe I can help someone else out so they do not waste their time.

The Apple Store is so much fun. Now you know you have to go first thing in the morning to only have 50 people in the store otherwise you will see hundreds. Everyone there drinks the apple juice. So take your time as all the employees want to help you and they are very knowledgeable on their products and will help you make the correct purchase. We stop in every time we are in the Kenwood Mall.

Phone messed up. Scheduled an appointment for the next day at six. Walked in store. Was served extremely fast. Great customer service. Friendly and even joke around with you. Main reason I'm with apple.

This store does not care about the customer. They continually tell me
lies and avoid me. I just purchased a brand new Mac Book Pro from them which is defective. They have done everything they can to make this the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. Trick me once shame on me. I won't be tricked again

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. My son's phone got messed up with the last update. It worked fine before the update now it will not turn on at all. Some how this is our fault. This is a replacement phone from this store. The last phone we had was one of the ones that would over heat when you charged it. We bought my son's phone in December, it was replaced at the end of February, Now in January we are being told that we are trying to get something for nothing and we need to buy a new phone. So beware of doing business with these guys. Their customer service is horrible and they will not back their product.

Apple. Great products 👍 Really but if you're looking for customer service help? Don't bother wasting your time calling over the phone. You're better off going to them in stores. I've called them over 10 times and each time I have been put on hold for more than 1 hour. 😡😡😡😡 Here's a pointer apple, if you want your business to boom..Improve over the phone help. 👎👎👎👎
