We hurried to the cinema to watch Jumanji on time but had to wait in a very long line. There was only one person selling tickets and yet there was 10 people working in concessions. While we waited in line, we checked seats and not one of our 5 people would be sitting together so we left and went to another cinema.

This theater is excellent. The seats are super comfy and the popcorn was good.

The renovation of the movie theater is nice. The seats are the electronic kind where you can raise the footrest. I have been in other movie theaters where the back of the seat has a separate button than the foot rest, which to me makes it more comfortable. After the renovation, the number of seats in the theaters have drastically declined, so make sure you buy your tickets early. Good quality picture and sound, though.

The showtimes are not accurate on the website we drove an hour to see IT and the doors were locked. That's a good way to loose business. And I'll be sure to tell everyone that is inquiring about this theater. Not worth the gas or time.

The three foot wall in front of the reclining chairs cuts off the screen when you recline. Seriously? Did they not test this? Back to Cobb theater for good.

Beware! Screen is not visible in some seating! I took my family to see Wonder Woman. We were in theater 1 in the last/top row. I am 5'6" tall. My son is 5'7" & my youngest is 5 foot. NONE of us could see the bottom 1/4th of the screen because of a wall they have built in front of the seats & they put the seats freakishly back from that wall. My youngest could not see HALF of the screen. My husband who is 6'4" is the only person who could see the entire screen. I was miffed & walked down to management. The manager was very pleasant & polite, but his answers were less then satisfactory. When I explained the problem he said "we have had a lot of people with the same complaint" Then (get this) he said "well the only thing we can do about it is rebuild the wall" I asked if he planned to do that within the next 5 minutes before the show started. He said "no, our construction crew is in Texas" I almost laughed at that, sarcasm is a lost art. I suggested that he needed to get the information on his website that anyone who isn't tall enough to play professional basketball CAN NOT SIT IN THE TOP 2 ROWS OF SEATS UNLESS THEY ONLY WANT TO WATCH HALF OF THE MOVIE. He has had a LOT of complaints & they have done nothing to remedy the situation. They just keep selling horrible seats. We could not be moved because the movie was sold out. I asked for free passes & he was polite about giving them to me immediately. However, Wonder Woman was ruined for us. I suppose we should have left, but it was Father's Day & my boys really wanted to take their dad to the movie :( He was able to see. He'll have to tell us how the bottom half of the movie was

Tried purchasing tickets online for reserved seating using THEIR gift card. NOT POSSIBLE!!

Have to either go to theatre to purchase tickets before hand (to obtain reserved seating) & a waste of fuel if you are not doing other things in the area or purchase tickets for reserved seating using credit card & then be REIMBURSED at ticket booth, which most likely takes several days to a week.

WHAT A NICE WAY to TREAT you PATRONS.

Either fix your system to accept YOUR gift cards as payment or GET RID of the reserved seating system.

The staff was friendly. The food choices were great. The entire place was spotless from the lot to thw facilities. I'm going to drive back to Cincy from Columbus just to bring my sister.

They recently changed the layout so you have to reserve your seats ahead of time or you will get the worst seats available. I'm not a fan because I don't want to have to go online and plan ahead and get a ticket in advance. I should just be able to go in and if I'm there first I should get the best seats. I won't be going anymore until they change it back to what it was.

The new reclining seats here are amazing. If you're going on the weekend, buy your tickets online before you go, otherwise you'll end up sitting in the front row (or it'll sell out). Capacity is the only issue here. The experience itself is great.

We got at the theater early to get good seats, the theater has assigned seating. We ordered the perfect seats, got our popcorn and sat down for a good night and a good movie in 3D. We were comfortable in our reclining seats and some people walked up as we were watching previews and said we were in their seats. We looked at our tickets and saw the person messed our order up and gave us random terrible seats. I went to the desk at the front and they only had bad seats left the whole reason we got there early in the first place. The attendant tried to give us other seats but was not willing to fix the problem. We basically got kicked out of our seats and were treated like we did something wrong by the management. We did not make a big scene just to note. Instead of giving us our original seats or fix the problem in some other way they gave us our money back and we were left with $20.00 of popcorn and drinks to take home. The management never tried to make it right and as a business owner in the area, I have to say I was extremely disappointed. Bad customer service, bad management, terrible experience!

Love the upgrade to the new recliner seats and the ability to select seats ahead of time. This has allowed my wife that suffers from anxiety to enjoy the movies again as there is no more mystery where we will sit. But I had to knock down my rating because of the poor concession area. I have yet been able to get my popcorn and water in under 10 minutes. Always behind the young group that orders the nachos, slushie, or complicated order that requires the cashier to walk down the line to find a working machine or item. All I want is popcorn. Could you not place a simple concession stand in the actual theater hallway that would allow easy access and not have to re-show my ticket to enter? Just have it sell popcorn and candy. No nachos, no drinks, no nothing complicated. Add a wine bar and I'll have to figure out how to give 6 stars.
