Maybe they were understaffed as far as housekeeping goes. The first room I found mens dirty boxers and shirt left in the bathroom floor and the toilet was clogged. I told the receptionist who gave me another room. Walked into the second room and it was much worse. The room was totally untouched by housekeeping. When the pervious guest left is exactly how it was left. I then had to go back to the desk to inform her of the room which she put me in another and that one was fine. But it was such a pain moving my belongings from room to room.

We stayed for 3 nights. The service was excellent and all of our needs were attended to. It is a beautiful property and very clean. We felt very cared for.The staff quickly learned our names and made us feel so welcome. Recommend this hotel for everyone.

They're overpriced and their customer service isn't to great.. I had called & asked about pricing because i was paying cash, and the lady that i had spoke too told me that it would be $79, plus tax. So i asked if there was a deposit and she informed me that there wasn't one.. So i went ahead and drove there with the intent of paying the $79 plus tax, which should've been around $85, which i was willing to pay.. But when i got there she changed it up and said that it was going to be almost $130!! She said that was the taxes included I'm not sure where she thought she was, tax wise, but i know how much it was suppose to be! So therefore, we went ahead and went somewhere else that didn't jerk us around and had a generous amount of respect for me and my fiance.. I wouldn't recommend this hotel honestly.

Size of the room was very comfortable. The bathroom had a secondary heating light. That made it very nice in the cold night. There hallway to the rooms has a small set of steps with no handicap ramp. Which means if you have a wheelchair, you need to go all the way around to the other end of the building from outside to get to your room.

Very musty and had a strong moldy smell. Sheets had hair and stains on them like they had not been changed when we asked for a new set they had blood stains on them. We again asked for new sheets and the lady at the counter refused stated we need to leave since we were making too many requests. I'm sorry I didn't pay over $120 for 1 night to sleep on dirty sheets. She then refused to refund my money, until after I called my Credit card company. After refunded she then charged my card 2 addional times about an hour later after we left. Needless to say I canceled the card and when I called the hotel the denied the whole thing or us even having a reservation. Thankfully I got my money back through my card company.

The hallway to the room smelled Horribly of stale cigarette smoke! The room Needed a Definite update! It could use fresh paint, but not from whomever painted it the last time as they got paint everywhere. The bathroom tub/shower needs to be replaced! Pretty sure there was black mold. Everything just Looked sloppy. All the lampshades need to replaced. They were all broken & cracked. Even the switch plates for the light switches & plugs were broken & cracked!

One of the most disgusting hotels I've ever been to. The website photos and descriptions are complete lies. Rooms smelled if smoke even though we were in s non smoking room. Hallway smelled of must and cigarettes, there was a sheriff outside. They had no extra towels or bed sheets. The bottom of the tub moved around. This was just an all around horrible experience. What a waste of reward points. We will never be back!!!

This place could be more useful as a parking lot! They have smoking and non smoking rooms and I can not distinguish the difference between them! Although the pictures show lovely rooms with box TVs on them (some have flat screen)the odor is to die for! Mold, mildew, holes in walls, and poor patch work in the room will not allow you to truly have a nice experience! Come here at your own risk!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I have been a loyal wyndham member since day 1 but this dump turned me off for good. Whole place reaked of smoke. Drunk people everywhere from the bar area. Trash under our bed- miller light 12 pack boxes and Spencers gift bags. Shower was all cracked and nasty. Complete waste of money. DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE! We got a refund and left, would rather sleep in my car.

I don't like to give negative reviews, however I feel like I should warn people about this place. We stayed here on our last night of vacation, it was one of the cheapest places. Oh my gosh y'all, cheap is not always worth it!!! Never have I stayed at such a dirty, smelly, dark and scary hotel. No locks on door to stairway. Very dark in stairway with a flickering light, grimy stairs and peeling paint everywhere. I did my best to block it out. There was also a very interesting group of travels here, prostitution seemed to be going on in the hallway and almost every room. I truly felt unsafe. The room stunk and was smoky, stained sheets, you name it it was bad. I didn't even feel comfortable to take a bath there. I'd like to believe that in the months since I've been, changes have been made for the better, however I don't plan to go back and see. Just skip this one folks.

My only complaint is that pillows were so soft that they didn't have any support to them. If I stayed again I would bring my own. Other than that it was an average stay.

I have eaten here on two different occasions. Both times with friends who were out of town guests. The location was perfect. The food and service outstanding. Something delicious for everyone. Even children. The views of the riverfront were fantastic. Try it you'll love it!

I cannot attest for the rooms, but I would have no doubt they are great. However the food is awesome. I have gone for lunch and they have a pasta bar where they cook your pasta of choice with the ingredients of choice right there. The rest of the buffet is tremendous. Very attentive.
