I enjoyed my stay, nice quiet rooms. A great indoor heated pool and whirlpool. Staff were friendly and accommodating! Definitely would stay there again

Continental breakfasts with excellent professionals service. Hot shower is amazing after a long day at work.

Excellent use of space. The staff were pleasant. The pool is open late, and the morning coffee was good, too!

The bed was super comfy! Very clean room, lobby, breakfast area. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette area. I also like how tje vanity was separated from the barhroom, so that we could get ready at tje same time. The breakfast was good and hot tub jets were strong, and felt great after spending the while day at King's Island the day before. The staff was polite & helpful as well. I would recommend it.

Mold in Hotel, very poor management of property.

Mold on ceiling in breakfast area and in bathrooms of rooms. No exhaust fan in bathroom will cause this.

Very poor attention to any detail. Very dusty ceiling tiles in hall by each vent. Try adding batteries to clock in pool area or remove it. It looks bad having a clock hanging on wall that doesn't work, common sense.

The worst thing I have ever seen in a hotel. Maintenance man let plunger drip accross entire floor after unplugging toilet that flooded entire bathroom.
    GROSS
Then they let us sit in a flooded room and didn't send anyone to clean up until after we changed rooms.

They were not surprised or concerned about the Mold only that I said Mold out loud is when they were concerned and mad at me Threatening to evict my family because they had a mold problem that I wasn't allowed to talk about. Hey management , why are you shooting the messenger and not management?
Can't believe you serve breakfast to your guests with black mold on the ceiling of breakfast area.

    Then get mad at me.

Shame on you and your Corporation.

We were visiting King's Island and stayed the night at this hotel. Great service, beautiful room, and super friendly staff. We had a studio room that worked great for the two of us. Nice breakfast in the morning.

The room was very nice. It was modern looking with a couch, desk, and small kitchenette, separated nicely from the king beg and bathroom. The hotel staff were all very friendly, everything was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had, and I've traveled quite a bit. They had a lot of good fresh fruit, including strawberries and pineapple, and they had hot items such as eggs, sausage, and oatmeal, in addition to cold cut meats and cheeses, various baked goods, cereals, and yogurt. I really enjoyed my stay here even though it was short.

Average. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very uncomfortable pullout bed. Made me feel bad that I booked a room for 4 adults and 2 of them slept on a terrible "bed". Okay for a couple, maybe with kids, but a real bed would be better. Staff was kind of huffy about using the hot tub 15 minutes before it closed. We were out by closing time, but we shouldn't be scolded or asked why we want to use a hot tub for 10 minutes after a hard day of walking at King's Island. Other than that, it's okay.

Your average hotel. No major issues. Rooms seemed clean and staff was friendly. Did have an issue with getting back into the hotel late at night after our event. The room key did not seem to work properly to open the front door to the hotel. We pressed the buzzer but it didn't seem to get anyone's attention. After about 10 minutes the front desk clerk finally came back and let us in. A little annoying but not the end of the world.

I liked that the place was located back away from the busy street. It was next to a highway and you could hear it in your room but not loud enough to distract you. The pool area is nice because you can open the patio doors and have access to the outside. The room was clean and set up nice. The breakfast was good. Fresh scrambled eggs and rolled oats oatmeal with no added sugar that you could flavor how you wanted was great. They even had organic nectar to put on them which for me was a plus. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend.
