A wonderful place to spend a weekend, close to several major area attractions, including Castles & Coasters, shopping, and entertainment. Free WiFi and free breakfast. Wyndham Rewards members can receive substantial discounts off the best available rate. Good value for the money.

Not my favorite motel, it's only fair and could improve with a hospitality industry frame of mind. I didn't find the clerks to be friendly at all

Everything you read about this place is most likely true. I couldn't wait to check out of this place. The outlets on one side of the room didn't work. I notified the office in person and the guy said he would send someone immediately to look at it, no one ever showed up. There's also roaches in the room, the refrigerators either don't work or there broken. It felt run down and there's always the smell of marijuana coming through the room vents. A lot of girls seem to hang out there day and night. They do offer free contenintal breakfast but nobody is allowed to leave with it or take breakfast with them. It's the same breakfast everyday frosted flakes, froot loops, danishes, mini muffins, toast, orange juice, apple juice, milk or coffee. Not to mention Mona the hostess who made breakfast very uncomfortable, she works 7 days a week so it's guaranteed she'll be watching every bite you take, complaining about what you did and didn't finish eating. My kids hated breakfast because of her. Towards the end of our week long stay we were all avoiding breakfast just so we wouldn't have to face Mona and her almost impossible to understand accent. She also offended several guest in our presence and anything my kids didn't finish she dumped on my plate. She done this Everytime. The price was good but not worth staying ever again.

The rooms are decent. Clean and the beds are fairly comfortable. They do not have free breakfast as advertised and the wifi is very slow. Only basic cable channels. No fridge or safe in the room. They do have a all coffee maker 3 cup max. And they have hair dryers. Good if you are just passing thru.

The rooms need a little maintenance work but housekeeping actually cleans, and the shower had water pressure!! The guy at desk (possibly manager) was very friendly. Would stay here again. However, If I were traveling alone or with my children WITHOUT my husband I wouldn't feel safe. It's PHX and there were quite a few intimidating people staying there.

It is one of the worst experiences I've had in awhile, first thing I noticed as we walked in to the room was roaches, no towels, shampoo, soap,or anything like that. Also when we checked in we were informed that we would be asked to leave if we had any visitors (NO Visitors). And the only ice machine was in office with no ice! Don't bother to go there it's a waist of money!

Travel lodge is also knights Inn north but I can't tell the difference or even see it as there is no sign for TL. Price Line also screwed me with infering there was free breakfast at knights in but not true. Staff went out of there way "NOT" to give u what u reserved or what u would likea very big difference to the wonderful knights inn Yuma from the nights before.

This bell in a cell is managed by a group of thugs. I booked this classless motel with my family, which includes me, my wife and four kids. We stayed for 3 days at Travelodge and booked 4 night at the knight inn. We were kicked out the second night because we have kids that the number exceeded the number of people allowed t stay. Our $50 deposit was refunded but they refused to give us our money for the rest of days back. Worst of all when my wife was angry, they threatened with police and i went to the police station and police officer told us they never called. They forced us out and refused to give us our money back for the two night we were not staying. The environment is drug invested, guests are sitting our the steps and booked you. The room is invested with bed bugs. Stay away from this gangsters.

    DO NOT STAY HERE.
This place isn't even worthy of the one star I am forced to press to write this review. Literally a disgrace to travelodges. The hotel is corrupt and full of drug heads. The man at the check-in desk was absolutely rude & lacked customer service skills entirely. Hotels are supposed to be a place of comfort, a place where one can relax & feel safe to rejuvenate during travels. This is far from that. An extreme dissappointment. This place should be shut down.

Borderline scammy--beware. First of all the actual price is a good deal higher than the listed price, not just because of taxes but because of vague and rather sketchy fees. That alone is a big red flag about this place's transparency. But the real problem is the sketchy way they handle deposits for rooms that aren't well maintained. There's a $60 cash deposit fee but even if you leave the room in pristine shape, they find all kinds of reasons to keep the deposit and "lose" it in a safe deposit box that they themselves can't open. And if you're a bit late checking out,-even if it's specifically because of room problems, forget it-- they'll find an excuse to essentially scam you out of an extra $60 in hard earned cash. Basic things like their running water (the damn shower won't stay at a single temperature), several electrical sockets, even the room door (wouldn't shut right) weren't working well and the parking is ridiculously situated so it's not uncommon to get delayed dealing with their mess while you're trying to check out. I've stayed in dozens of hotels in the general SW region, some of varying quality with their own issues but always left them in pristine shape and never, not once, had a problem with the deposit. This is only time I've ever had a hotel blatantly pull a fast one like this. Lousy rooms and very sketchy business practices, stay far away.

We ordered a no-smoking double queen bedroom. The first room we got was a smoking room. We were sent to another room, smoking again. Then we got the third one, this time no-smoking. The beds had bugs; one of them bit me on finger, causing a lot of painful itching and my whole finger swallowed. The rooms didn't have microwave ovens; we were told that the previous owner sold them after he sold this hotel to this new party. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. Originally this hotel didn't have a breakfast room but they created on by putting together two bedrooms. There was a guy marking attendance of who had done breakfast. Our kids wanted to take breakfast to room, and they were permitted after initial denial. The bedroom didn't have iron (it had iron stand), so we had to borrow one from the front desk. TVs are old-fashioned and there were no kid-friendly channels.

This hotel needs serious renovation. Cigarettes leftovers were spread all over the place. Beds are not good at all, bugs may bite you too. Bedsheets were old and uncleaned. Charges are unusually high as compared to facilities.
