Thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Absolutely perfect location and brand new! Breakfast offered a wide variety and internet was very speedy. Great to have this option!

The lobby smells like the sewer is backed up. Horrible!! Housekeeping walked into the room without knocking. Music playing in the lobby was loud enough to hear inside the room very early in the am. Do not stay here! Much better options close by.

Worst holiday inn express ever. The management won't reply to your emails, and when they do they'll blame others.

I should probably also say this hotel is no longer open; even a year after their fire and explosion from the hotel site next door (that has now been rebuilt and opened since). IHG corporate has reclaimed this franchisee's rights and it will not be opening anytime soon as a HIE.

Beware! I booked a AAA rate for two nights in July 2016 and cancelled three days prior to stay. They changed me for both nights, and I spent 10months trying to get my money back. IHG corporate finally took the hit themselves and mailed me a check for the two nights and apologized for this horrible situation and lack of good management and franchisee at this location. IHG corporate informed me they were pulling this franchisee's license and were looking for another operator for this location.

Maybe if someone else takes the franchise it'll improve. If it opens as a different brand; beware!!!

It's a place to stay if you need a place to stay. You probably are not going to be going there to experience a unique place. With that said, it is clean well-kept and quiet. It is in an area behind an office park and next to a construction site. So, it lacks culture in the immediate walking distance. Yet, desert ridge marketplace is just a stone's throw away for all of your entertainment / shopping needs.

Room was nice, breakfast was awesome. A few bugs in the room and hallway was a bit noisy, but good experience overall. Great location!
