Great place to stay. We have been hear a month the staff is so friendly. When I needed something or something needed to be they were very prompt and getting it done and taken care of what a great staff.
Adding to my review I've been here for 2 months now getting ready to check out the stay here has been great. The front desk staff housekeeping Food Service workers has been some of the most Pleasant and great people to spend the last 2 months with I'd like to thank everybody on staff for making my stay Pleasant in this inconvenient time. I can I would recommend this place to anyone he's looking to stay for a weekend or stay for an extended timeresponse / report this review -

Excellent rooms and friendly service. Weekday social meals in the evening is a nice touch. Constant coffee access is a major plus.

The suit I stayed in was very nice. Clean from top to bottom (I checked) the room had a very nice kitchenette, they also provide cups and glasses of different styles, bowls, plates and utensils (pots and pans to use on a two burner stove)just as if you were home. You can wash all the dishes with the provided dish washer or by hand, they provide both detergents. The bathroom was nice. The only thing that did stand out was the door slightly rubbed the front of the toilet as if they remodeled and made the doors to wide? Comfortable bed, had a hideaway bed as well. All around great room for the nights I spent at Staybridge.

Well kept & Clean! Been here for business seminar & Loved it. Massive. FREE Laundry. We're talking 9 or 10 Washers and matching Dryers Close to freeway & Cardinals Entertainment District. Free Breakfast. Well staffed & managed. Everyone was nice.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend everybody I know to do the same.

The building is great and the rooms are quite nice. Breakfast every morning is your standard "hot" hotel breakfast fare with eggs, sausage or bacon on alternating mornings, a waffle maker, various juices or coffee, bagels, toast, cereals, and fruit. They offer beer, wine, and light dinner fare Monday through Wednesday which is pretty tastey and is convenient if you don't want to go anywhere when you get back to the hotel those evenings. I took two stars off for a couple of reasons. The first is the TV. Some channels come in crystal clear but the majority are so fuzzy they are barely watchable. When I informed the front desk my first night here they sent maintenance to "fix" the problem. They guy showed up within five minutes and basically restarted the TV receiver four times and said that was all he could do and that did NOT fix the problem. Everyone else from the group I'm with have the same problem. The other reason was the 15 minute wait at the front desk one morning for the attendant to drop off my laundry. Overall though this is not too bad of a place.

The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub and sun tanning area. Grills for BBQing are provided with utensils. Rooms are spacious and have full kitchens. Also the shower head is positioned high, which is nice for taller people like myself.

Staff was very nice, pool was clean, rooms were comfortable and clean, and the free lunch they offered was great. Would recommend visitors staying there. Its close to the casino and shopping centers

We have chosen the Embassy Suites Downtown Houston, since it opened. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms is superb. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, as is the evening reception. We would recommend and have recommend this hotel.
