Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean rooms. . Great breakfast selections.Will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

When I visit Surprise, I always stay at this Holiday Inn. It is clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, good WiFi and I like the included breakfast. I'm vegan so breakfasts in general can be challenging but I always work it out by getting oatmeal, juice a bagel and tea. They have bananas but they are sometimes a bit green so I pass. Front desk staff is cheery and helpful. Parking is free and I can always get a spot close by.

Clean, in good repair, but missing some of the usual little HIE touches. Different feel. Only one chair. No niche with the toiletries and ice bucket. Very slow Internet. Nice people. Good breakfast. Suspect it was built for another chain. Nice views of sunrise and sunset.

Great place Free coffee and breakfast, what else is needed. Cheaper than a lot of other hotels an this place has a central pool. Front desk was helpful and not rude especially knowing we were Californians. Would definitely stop by this joint again when I come visit.

Clean - friendly service - great breakfast in the morning.. that only issue I had is the sound from running water in the pipes. A little to loud for me. Needed better insulation in walls or routing of pipes. But overall good experience

I came here when my power went out thanks to Monsoon 2017. The pool is outdoors so my kids couldn't swim due to storms. The laundry machines worked fantastic and were cheap. $1.25/ machine/ load. No complaints about my room. I had a schedule conflict and Andrea went above and beyond my expectations. We stayed here before when our A/C went out also. It's our go to hotel in the area!

Very helpful staff with quick responses for all requests. Outdoor pool was well maintained with plenty of towels available. Hot tub available as well. The continental breakfast was delicious and offered omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a cereal section that included an oatmeal station, a pancake machine , and a variety of fruits and other foods. A solid hotel experience.

Very clean hotel. Employees are very friendly. Prices are great! The room we were in had great space. There was not the normal crowded feel of a hotel room. Breakfast is good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but all is very good!

Nice, clean room with fridge and microwave, free breakfast in the morning. Room is quiet and comfortable. The room we had when we we checked in had noisy air conditioning. We were quickly moved to another room a few doors down without hassle. Great customer service!

The hotel is very up to date and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Plenty of seating on the breakfast area. Close to restaurants in the area. I would recommend.

Made an emergency trip to Arizona for a quick turn around from CA. Called at 1am to get a room and the staff was very friendly, checked in around 2am and they offered late check out and told us about half days prices if we needed it because we where visiting the hospital near by! The beds are amazingly comfortable, clean, great AC control and awesome complimentary breakfast. Made the quick turn around very pleasant

Very clean and modern. Great staff and spacious well appointed room. I will definitely stay here again. Close to nice restaurants shops. Great free breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. Plenty of free parking.
