Not one of the best Quality Inn & Suites I have stayed in. The hotel has not been kept up well and the hotel is desperately in need of a refresh. The price is more than reasonable if you can overlook the condition. The towels are super thin. I wished I would have brought my own towels.

Compared to the price, the stay was adequate. However, updates are needed. The indoor-outdoor carpet is not a good choice for a pet-friendly property, and was dirty. Furnishings were dated but serviceable. Some door hardware was broken. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with small but adequate selection of food items. Overall adequate, but signs of deferred maintenance were present.

Lakicia and Cody and Nel and the manager Vitale were fantastic. We had an alarm go off during the night and woke us up and it was a faulty smoke alarm. It took awhile to get it turned off but it was not their fault. It was a hotel problem. There were some small flying ants in the room but they assured me they will spray the room. I would still stay at this hotel again because of the employees. They are the BEST!!!

A very heavy rain storm came in today and the roof leaked all over the bed! Tried calling front desk to no avail! Walked down and the person working is on her personal phone talking but was very attentive to my predicament and moved me to a room close by and that room the ac rattles something fierce so I will cool down room before bed! Oh well this country is falling apart in every aspect!

Location is good. Hotel is bare bones, but clean with attentive staff. Gave us a break on breakfast and allowed me to take food back up to the room to my still sleeping kids. Indoor pool had a strong chlorine smell.

Glad they take pets. Breakfast is great, and the pool looks nice. Other than that it's your average hotel. Beds are hard and carpets aren't perfect. They forgot to replace our towels but no real complaints. Just your average hotel.

Comfortable rooms. Lobby is dated and furniture needs replacement. Area is good. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.love the waffles. Over all very good value for the price.

The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcomed throughout your whole stay. The beds are absolutely so comfortable that the beds could put babies to sleep!!! Breakfast is average. Very clean hotel. A definite must stay if ever in Surprise,AZ.
