Alex at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. No fridge or microwaves in the rooms so not recommend for more than a night or two stay.

Pros: Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Right by McDonalds and gas station. Pretty clean and decent breakfast. Cons: Hair dryer didn't work. Beds were a little hard. Stains on carpet.

    Smelly, Dirty, Awful

We checked in with low expectations given the low price point, and the place was somehow worse We walked into our room and immediately the musty dingy smell overtook us, covered up slightly by the aroma of toxic cleaning products. The bed coverings were white at some point I am sure, but now they have a nice brown tinge to them. The mattresses themselves were concave forcing the inhabitants to roll towards the middle. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corners on the floor, the shower had hair in the drain, and there was pubic hair around the base of the toilet. Absolutely disgusting!!

It was at this point that we decided to just cut our losses and rent a room at better hotel.

One positive point is that the staff was very friendly.

Pet friendly. Clean room. Nice pool sidewalks nearby for a morning walk. Nice seafood bar and grill 100 ft. Away so you can have some drinks and not worry about dui. Only drawback: bar and grill patrons share the parking lot so the motel is short of parking spaces.

I has to change rooms on arival as the room I was put in had a very mouldy smell, the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is basic and the staff try hard and are friendly.

To get around you must drive.

The pool needs a cover to keep it more clean.

Overall, it's very basic and you need to be busy everyday so as to only use it to sleep, it is not that quite at night.

    I would recommend.

I gave 1 star because the woman who checked me in was nice and efficient. This hotel should advertise that it is actually a motel. Arrived late after a 5 hour drive and was exhausted so I was forced to spend the night, the carpet was Disgusting. Roach on the floor on arrival. Stuck on the first floor as a woman traveling alone was disturbing. I'm probably going to be up all night because the neighborhood is questionable. Shower didn't work which is a problem because I need to go to work in the morning. I've stayed at extended stays that were cheaper and way nicer. Checking out tomorrow. The bed is comfortable but I'm afraid to look under the sheets. I brought my own which are going to have to be sanitized tomorrow. Floor in bathroom is covered in hair. Shower is gross and looks like someone just patched it up and put a new shower curtain in. Seems like a lot of transients walking around. Overall awful. I chose this place to be closer to work but I'll drive the extra miles to stay at the extended stay again. This is the third time laquinta has disappointed me and I'm surely going to stay away in the future. Room was gross and in disrepair. Praying my car doesn't get broken in to because I too, the bare necessities and left the rest of my belongings in my car.

Not a great but for the price we prepared for some disappointment. We got a lot of it. The air conditioner barely worked, the mattress was plastic and hot. But The grossest thing was the white comforter had big splotches of blood all over the underside that didn't even look like they were given any cleaning attempt. Thank god I saw it and ripped it off our bed only to have the cleaning lady put it right back on. The bed was also covered with long, black hair UNDER the covers and IN the pillow cases so I doubt they ever change the sheets. That's just awful. Also the cleaning lady did not speak a word of English. We asked for regular coffee for the machine (because they only gave us decaf) and she blinked at us until my boyfriend had to take right from the top of her cart. Smh

We arrived very early about 6 am the desk clerk Thomas was amazing. He not only welcomed us in a friendly a professional manner he checked us in with no problem. Many hotels would have made us wait until a prescribed time he did not. After driving over 14 hours it was much appreciated. The rooms were clean and orderly. And the entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The building is a bit older but is in good repair and clean. Kudos to the hard working cheerful staff🤗 .

Great customer service and did everything kissable to make our short stay nice. They have a shuttle service that saved us time, hassle, and money getting to the airport for our flight this morning. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Room was way better than we expected for the price as well. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here!

No fridge but for the price that's forgivable. The hotel is in a good location close to the airport and downtown. There's a car rental place right next door and the shuttle was quick. I'm overall pretty good

They were very accommodating, friendly, and cheerful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard fare but good enough for a free breakfast. Every employee greeted us and chatted with us. Good experience all around.

Great stay with friendly and accommodating staff. Used shuttle to and from airport which was timely with friendly drivers. Great restaurant right next door called "Fish on Fire". Great service and menu options. The room was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel should not even be open for business. The room was disgusting. Tub and floor filthy. Phone looked like it had never been clean. I turned the sheets and it had dirt and hair. I immediately started itching. Management should be ashamed to open the room for reservations. If I could I would attach the pictures to this rating. I will be cancelling the rest of stay. If your are looking for a hotel in the Orlando area, be warned -- this is not a place to stay.
