The manager and waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our party. The fish was prepared expertly by their kitchen. The staff understands the meaning of hospitality. It was a special event for us and trade winds was the perfect choice. Thank you!!!

Only arrived yesterday 27 August 17 really nice receptionist very helpful. On first look very happy rooms are clean and the bed is so comfortable in fact we've travelled all over Europe in hotels and we can honestly say best sleep ever 10/10 for that. Staying two weeks here will be a pleasure especially for the price. Keep up the good work Tradewinds. Today’s date is 1st of December 17. This add on is just to let people know 3/4 way through our stay in miami there was a mandatory evacuations due to hurricane erma this hotel was so helpful and within days the hotel had refunded every penny for the days lost even though it was not there fault can’t wait to return cheers guys.

We stayed here 3 nights. It is about a block or 2 from the beach (you can definitely walk). The place is clean, spacious, and functional. The front desk staff/service people are top top notch. My only complaints are parking and the bed. Parking is not free which is fine, however the parking lot is very tiny. If you have a long car, I would imagine you would not be able to get your car in...very very tiny lot. The bed is absolutely terrible. I don't know if it's just old or what, but it was terrible (it's a spring mattress). Overall I would want to stay here again, however if they didn't have a different bed, then I would have to find somewhere else considering I was going to be there more than a night.

Great place to stay. The rates we're so amazing for a huge apartment it was shocking. Landscaping was beautiful, room was super clean, the whole experience was great. Layout is a little confusing of the buildings, but that's me just finding something to criticize. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Miami!

I URGE ANYONE THAT IS GOING TO STAY AT TRADE WINDS APARTMENT ON 2365 PINE MIAMI ...... TO PLEASE TAKE A RECIEPT FOR EVERY TRANSACTION YOU DO ..... DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE AT THE FRONT DESK TO SAY THAT " YOU DO NOT NEED A RECIEPT " BECAUSE PAYMENTS ARE STORED IN THE COMPUTER .....NOR.... THAT THEY WILL BRING THE RECEIPT TO YOUR ROOM ....... i paid for 2 nights parking in the amount of $64 . The young spanish guy at the front desk was taking long to edit the information into the computer and print the reciept. I had to use the bathroom badly so he said to go on to my room to use the bathroom and he will bring the reciept to my room for me . That was such a relief and i said thank you for that ........HE NEVER CAME , and when i visited the front desk he left and they said it do not show in the computer that i made the payment .... He stole my money and the hotel ofcourse attempted to charge me again for that because of no proof of payment ( the $64 cash that i had gave him)....... PLEASE BECAREFUL GUYS ......... also few items from my personal belongings went missing as well ...... 2 shirts and head phones that i know i left in my room ............i decided to leave it alone and not make a big issue about it because if i complained i feel like i wouldve been "spinning top in mud " aka... going around in circles with these people .......... so like i said , i just left it alone...but what i do know is ....what i had then .... and what i dont have now.......even if u guys are not responsible for missing items no staff member should touch what do not belongs to them ...... TO ALL PLEASE LOCK YOUR SUITCASES AND FULLY SECURE YOUR BELONGING BEFORE LEAVING YOUR ROOM............ last but not least , the young skinny spanish girl at the front desk has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ...... once you dealing with the public , you should be able to deal with any issue in a professional manner but she decided to argue back with me and pelt my money on the counter........i refuse to get ghetto on her and pull her by her little pencil neck over the counter because she's not worth me going to jail ....and i also had a flight to ketch so i ignored her ignorance .......but she is VERY RUDE and will make trade winds loose a lot of business........ The staff that i encountered is not to be trusted and poorly skilled ...... I am not telling anyone to not stay at Trade winds .........but ..... I WILL NEVER EVER , VISIT TRADE WINDS AGAIN !!!!!!

The location is central and within walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining locations. The rooms are very spacious and modern with full kitchen and amenities at very reasonable rates.

The only reason this place gets two starts is because the property is maintained nicely. The furniture is old and worn and it shows. The Customer Service is Terrible Terrible Terrible! I am truly disappointed I spent my hard earned $$$$$$ to stay here and be treated like I'm not a paying customer. But guess what we couldn't leave because anything you pay is NON-Refundable. Beware is all I'm saying. I could have gone elsewhere and paid more money and been happier. Customer Service was awful!!!!

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The management is so full of it, we had things stolen in the hotel and months later we are still trying to get it resolved. Stuff has no knowledge of English and they give themselves right to throw away things that are not garbage and not clean things that should be cleaned. Overall horrible experience because NOBODY CARES

The most important thing first COCKROACHES!!! I've stayed with the South Beach Group before and it has always been pleasant. When we finally got checked in 2 hours (problems with communication between my booking site and the hotel) we got up to the room. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Basically a small apartment. Between midnight and 10am we had killed 3 roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Even though the room was nice and relatively private I will not be staying with them again. It has me seriously reconsidering booking with the south beach group ever again. I know this has to be a problem they are already aware of.
