Service and amenities are wonderful (but expensive!) The staff will accommodate your ever request and the room is just stellar with a personal bath and great speaker system. The only negative is the outdoor grill food (which you will be eating if you order pool or beachside) is mediocre in taste and grossly overpriced. (The expensive drinks are quite delicious though, I recommend the Coconut cocktails). Overall I would stay there again but would try and avoid the outdoor food.

Indian restaurant is over priced. Bar and atmosphere is super nice. Definitely worth the price for drinks and atmosphere

Went here for the brunch on Sunday. The food was simply phenomenal! I’ve been to most places for brunch on south beach and nothing comes even close. I will definitely be turning this into my go-to brunch spot for the foreseeable future.

Above all best hotel in Miami Beach and Only 5 Star hotel in Miami Beach.
One of Forbes top 10 hotel also right heart of Miami Beach near by all elegant restaurants baoli , villa azur , stk , mr.chow .
Few steps away from ocean drive , peaceful pool area , intimate service above all our expectations. Setai just amazing hotel love it. Concierge please all request day night .

I was completely blown away by the exceptional customer service from every person I interacted with during my 4 night stay this past January. Top notch all around. Concierge made dinner recommendations as well as called ahead to let the owner know we were coming. Owner came out and greeted us at dinner - very impressive. No detail is overlooked at Setai. Everything was impeccable and perfect. Setai is tranquil piece of paradise. I loved the boutique vibe at Setai opposed to a larger hotel like nearby Fontaine Bleu. Both are luxurious, but in two totally different ways. The breakfast buffet was also incredible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and have been to a few 5-star hotels in Miami.

We visited the spa for a massage. The spa was lovely and my therapist was great. My wife did not have a good experience however due to some bad communication from her therapist. There were a lot of children on the property.

we were there on memorial weekend it was deserter bad service. it was so hard to get server at the pool and on the beach. the wifi was broken in the room called them they came into my room to fix it but they couldn't fix it. vale was too slow. long story short everybody was sorry at the setai. not good for the price we won't be back for a long time. we stayed there a lot of time to be honest l don't know how many times but the last time we were all so unhappy with everything.

The restaurant was very elegant but the food left a little to desire. The cocktails were good but not noteworthy. The truffle dim sum was absolutely delicious, but the entrees were basic. Especially when considering the price. They were overly salty and sauced without much creativity.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel, on the one hand it is gorgeous, I mean the view is exactly what you think of when you think of South Beach Miami. On the other hand it was EXTREMELY expensive, I mean like I still regret paying that amount of money to stay at the hotel expensive ($600+ a night for a regular room nothing even that great). The pool was cool, but the service was not that great, sometimes I would have to waive someone down and ask if my food was still coming up after I ordered it, and it was ridiculously expensive as well. Also, if you are going to try to find a seat at the pool come early like 8am early because otherwise you will NEVER I repeat NEVER find a seat there. Also I would normally rate the hotel 4-5 but some employees were rude and acted like they were better than all the "tourists" and yes I understand Spanish quite well so don't talk smack in Spanish thinking I can't understandresponse / report this review
