Our room was dirty. No housekeeping service for 5 days. Very expensive. Water leaked through the sliding door. Rug was wet our entire stay. Room had a funny musty smell. Very late check in told 1 didn't get our room until 530. The pool was nice but hotel very unhappy and the front desk staff not willing to accommodate. I was told the service charge was waived but still Charged over 300 a night. Very unhappy with this place. The bartenders at the pool bar cocktail waitresses and the towel service by the pool was great. Everything else not good. Haven't had a vacation in 5 years and was truly let down with this hotel room.

We had a wonderful time at Shore Club! The poor reviews regarding the rooms had us worried, but our room far exceeded our expectations! The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job restocking & cleaning each day! Plus, they were SO helpful and friendly! We love the shower & tub which is an area all by itself separated by a glass partition from the rest of the bathroom--very cool! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, and the back entrance to the beach is incredibly convenient. We really enjoyed Shore Club and highly recommend it!

My fiance and I stayed at the shore club in October. The hotel was great the staff was awesome. The day we left we realize we left our phone at the hotel. By this time we was already at the airport. When I called the hotel they in fact had the phone. Although I was glad they had the phone I was worried about how I was gonna get the phone back. Timothy Bonneau,came to my aide. He told me not to worry he would make sure that I receive my phone the next day. My phone did in fact come the next day. That was a true customer service.I will before ever great full. Cuddles to the shore club.

Service was very good. Loved using the pool, beach, free bikes. Very modern. Could a little upkeep or maintenance to keep the placing looking new. Lush outdoor area.

Very classy distinguished and expensive lol. This place is a great place to go if you don’t like to be on the scene. You are very safe at this hotel and at the venues on the property as opposed to other hotels and venues on the beach.

The courtyard, pool area and the entire outside of the hotel was beautiful and I really loved the vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room however, did not live up to my expectations. I was in a junior suite with two queen beds (third floor). The room was very plain and not like any pictures I seen on their site. The room didn't feel clean when I first walked in, and after removing my shoes I could feel how dirty the floor was. The outside window was open when I arrived and there were cigarette ashes on the ledge between the two windows. My rooms view was the roof of the restaurant next door. Some animals seem to be living in the ceiling as I could hear them walking around and scratching throughout the day and night. Out of the 4 nights that I stayed here, the k-cups were replaced one time and only with decaf coffee (I'm a coffee addict) so I had to call the front desk. They apologized and coffee sent to the room right away. The remaining 2 times the room was "cleaned" they didn't replace the coffee and I had to call the front desk again.
Aside from that, my experience was alright.
I loved being so close to the beach. There's a door at the back of the pool area that is just a few steps from the beautiful beach. They also have chairs, beds, umbrellas, and a full friendly staff on the beach.
I would give this hotel an extra star had it not been for my room experience.

My girls and I stayed at the Shore Club hotel and I could honestly say this was the best hotel experience ever! The atmosphere was more than amazing, the staff members were beyond accommodating and friendly.. not ONE staff member walked by us without a friendly greeting, the poolside was sooooo beautiful, our room was so comfortable (the beds were to die for) - I'm extremely big on customer service so I'm glad to say that this hotel really had the best service I could ever ask for. All in all, The Shore Club made our experience in Miami so perfect. Definitely coming back again!

So far my experience has been great!!! We were given a poolside room but requested ocean view called front desk and they took care of it right away! However I think it's time for the shore club to do some updates, other then that we are enjoying ourselves here!!

Not that great of a hotel in my opinion. Breakfast was not that great so only had fruit. Rooms look plain and simple, so not that great. Only good thing was the pool area and the beach. The pool could have been made better but it's good enough if you wanna relax by a pool instead of the beach.

And I agree with some other reviewers, the photos on the website look so much better than in reality. Maybe focus on improving the hotel rather than the pictures?

I have stayed at several Hotels in South Beach and The Shore Club is the Best!!! I will be returning soon. Andre at the front desk was very informative and made sure I had an incredible time. It's the best location directly on the beach and walking distance to everything including Lincoln Road. Rooms were very clean and everyone who works at the hotel wants to make sure your stay is memorable.

My wife and I spent 10 days (05/15/17-05/25/17) here for our honeymoon. I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Staff are extremely friendly/helpful (special shout out to Sophia and Sarah.) Once we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine. Rooms were awesome and I swear we spent hours on the balcony looking at the ocean--pic of the the view is attached. Location is also awesomewe liked that we were north of Ocean Drive so that we could to a slightly more quiet part of the island if we wanted. Fire alarms mistakenly went off early in the morning during our stay but management gave a sincere apology and treated all the guests to breakfast. Thank you for making our honeymoon so wonderful. I can see us returning for special anniversaries.

The pros - we arrived at 1130a and was able to check in early, no problem. The beach service was great. And the location is good.

The cons, the hotel is a catfish compared to their website. The pics on the website make the hotel out to seem very elegant and luxury-style but the rooms are plain. No microwave in the room. Our fridge was filled with overpriced snacks and drinks we ended up taking some stuff out to fit our drinks and left overs. They only put laundry bags in the room upon request and the cleaning staff is very rude. There is a sign in the bathroom that says the hotel pridrs themselves on being green friendly and will only change linens upon request. However when requested the cleaning staff said that they do not change linens. After going back and forth with them a few times and showing them the bathroom sign they ended up changing the linens. We also found a big water roach in our bathroom the 1st day which prompted us to request for the linens to be changed and the room sprayed. I do not believe any treatment was put in place for the pest because we requested this before we took off to

Stayed at the Shore Club for 10 days from Sept - Oct 2016. It was my birthday and also my friend's birthday, and we told "Jordan" ahead of time. Unexpectedly, we were upgraded to an ocean view suite. The room had a very comfortable bed, balcony, and great big bathroom. I also received a birthday cheesecake for my birthday. We asked for a refrigerator to store our cold drinks and they gave us one. For the entire stay, we were treated great. The pool party on Sunday was the best with a live DJ playing great house music.
My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom. It wasn't fluorescent, so you can't see what shade of makeup you end up wearing. As well a 10x mirror needs to be somewhere in there as well to pluck your brows.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience :-). We came to Miami beach for our two year anniversary, and not for a single second if we feel like we wanted for anything when it came to the service. The valet ladies and gentlemen were completely on top of their game and friendly entire time. My trip to the spa was relaxing and the service there was professional. The food and beverage service people there were not only friendly, but just simply very kind and on top of their game. The drinks and food were delicious, and the poolside it was spectacular. Literally, the only thing I could possibly suggest is that for people staying at the hotel the drinks are potentially slightly less, to encourage us to buy beverages there, instead of going to the liquor store. Thank you Shore Club for giving us such a great weekend :-) :-)
