Flight came in early and they allowed us to check in early. Had an issue with our tv and they fixed it promptly. Great location, footsteps to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

I didn’t stay at the hotel I had a drink on the rooftop bar. Gets one star for the friendly bar man, two stars for the location which is great. Horrible soundtrack however of the worst 80s rock could produce. As the horrendous Bon Jovi tune goes they are halfway there. The cocktail was some weird avocado chili infusion with watered down tequila. Served with panache but I doubt if there was much alcohol in it. Real shame as if it’s someone took care to put decent cocktails on the menu, get rid of the decibel splitting rock music this could be the premier place on the beach. It was pretty empty when I was there and I expect it’ll stay that way if they continue with their current modus operandi

Had a lovely stay. Very polite and helpful staff at the front desk and door. Only fault is that it was a bit cold and wet when we stayed and we could not put the room temperature upMiami is usually hot so we understood but it would have been nice to have control over our particular room temperature.

Poor customer service. Poor housekeeping. One person at the front desk at a time and they never picked up the phone whenever we called. The most helpful person was the woman who checked us in and Anton when we checked out.

Spent the best time here for my best friends birthday. Very elegant and chic. I loved the outdoor lounge where they played live music till late night. Drinks were pricey but worth it.

Room is basic but clean enough (all white is probably not a great idea, though it's only the small rug that needs a clean 😞).
Shower tap seems counterintuitive but that could be my cultural inexperience. Definitely a great hotel for young (str8) people, sad I'm not one.
Breakfast for 10 bucks a night was pretty good. Cooked omelette on demand was fine. Only wish is for some cereal (I'm old remember. Fibre!)

Please do not waste your money. I'll be honest, the hotel is so close to the beach. It's the best location but the actual hotel is a dump. Please don't let the photos online fool you. Please do not touch anything in the room because they will charge you for touching it. The room is the size of a dorm. I really don't even want to leave the 1 star.

This place is pretty underrated. The rooftop bar is never too busy and views amazing. There's a cool buff bar tender that we always chat with. I hope this place stays undiscovered!

I never write bad reviews, but I didn't want other people to waste their money here when they could spend the same to stay somewhere nice. This is one of those Miami hotels that is a LIE. Looks nice online, they are fake good reviews that I'm sure they write themselves. They don't seem to take care of the hotel at all. Hallway rugs are dirty, no "down comforters" they speak of. Waaaaay too expensive for what it is. There are other hotels right next to it that charge the same and are real hotels and not this supposedly trendy-designed-by-some-guy-with-a-cool-sounding-European-name-minimalist Miami scam.
