Extremely helpful and professional service staff. Toyota of Kingsport worked me into a Monday morning service appointment on a very short (15 minute) notice and replaced my failing battery in less than 20 minutes on a very cold morning. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience purchasing a used car from Toyota of Kingsport. Our Salesman (Jonathan Coffey) was great to deal with ( No high pressure sales pitch). He made the process very easy. Every person we dealt with was kind and helpful. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle from Toyota of Kingsport.

We bought our new Tacoma from Toyota of Kingsport and were blown away by the friendly staff and competitive pricing. We spent too much time shopping around online and ended up getting the best deal right in our backyard and the process was painless. When you stop in, make sure to ask for Marvin Tolly. He's as friendly as they come and will not "slick talk" you and pressure you into making a purchase. Going forward, we won't buy another vehicle from anywhere other than Toyota of Kingsport. Excellent experience!

Came in with the intention to look at a car we had seen online and ended up buying it!! The staff was extremely nice and NOT PUSHY!! Which is what my husband and I loved the most !! We didn't feel forced into anything !! And they worked with us !!! We worked with Marvin and chuck and they both were absolutely amazing ! My husband and I have both already said we will definitely buy from them again !

Had an amazing experience today while purchasing my wife's new highlander. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. Our sales associate Mark Wells was wonderful. He took the time too make sure we understood everything about the car and warranty before we left. Chuck Hunt the sales manager was a very nice person to meet and talk with and made it seem that they genuinely enjoyed having us there. Teresa Hannah explained to us thoroughly about all of the options and accessories we had available for the car. All in all this was one of the best and easiest purchases I have ever been a part of. Would recommend this group to anyone.

I personally would highly recommend their service department. Recently this past week I needed to take my Tacoma in for a very simple service appointment Keith got me in and out within 30 minutes has they always do. Personally I have dealt with them for 20 plus years I have never had nothing but great service and fabulous results. The main reason I would highly recommend them is when you go in they treat you not only has a customer but has a friend and take care of all your needs of your vehicle so with that said have your vehicle serviced at Toyota of Kingsport
