  Completely rounded off one of my lug nuts but decided to put it back on the car without telling me, which I discovered two weeks later when trying to remove the wheel to do my brakes. Also sold my girlfriend an unsafe tire (belts broke and tire split wide open within less than a week with very little mileage) and when she tried to return it a week later, they were extremely rude to her and did not want to refund her money. Tried to pretend they had never seen her before and that she had not purchased the tire from them, even though she had a receipt.

  I've been going to Spare Tire Nu. 3 off and on for about the last 15 years or so. I always drive older cars and I hate spending the money on new tires. I have bought entire sets and individual tires here and they are usually pretty good tires and I've not had any problems with them. I have also had a few tires plugged and a few rotations, again with no problems. This place has saved me quite a lot of money on tires over the years. The people there are always friendly and helpful.
  
  As for the problem of lug nuts being put on too tight, this is a problem at just about any shop since they use those air guns. I'm sure if you told the guys there about it they would try and make it right.
  
  I will keep going there. It's a good place to get good used tires at a low price.
