Called the week before to let them know I had a recall on my car and was needing to come in and have it changed. Got there the next week when they told me to and sat there for almost an hr before they told me they don't have the part. I know they change thousands but why didn't they check when I called to make sure they would have the part. I rearranged my whole day for them because I was told it would take 3 to 4 hrs and it was all for nothing. All the men I talked to seemed like they didn't want to be there and had better things to do.

Friendly service department. Gave us an appointment cause of being so busy but it's set rather quicker than expected. That says something there all by itself. They want the work. Clean place too.

First, was told I would only be there for an hour but that turned into a 4 hours wait to check an Engine Light. After that the sticker on the car was dead and was told that other cars on the lot would have dead stickers also. I've been trying to the the paperwork for my car so I can get the title switched into my name and was lied to over the phone because when I was there they told me it would be 5 days before I got the paperwork, now they are saying they have to wait 7 days since I paid with a check and about 5-6 days for it to come in. They don't store the titles for any of there cars at the dealership, they are stored at the DMV. They are starting to not answer my calls now because I'm am getting impatient with them because they don't tell you anything you NEED to know until after.

Hung up on me asking information about buying a replacement key. Said they can only go 10 years back. Asked if they knew if other ford dealers went further or. Do I need a locksmith. The prick huffed and said "I already answered your question" and hung up on me. I'll never EVER go through them again.

My first experience with them was a few months ago when I had won a free oil change. They were super nice and even offered to pick my car up. They have a courteous, professional staff and excellent customer service.
