The overall buying experience wasn't too bad..of course; what car salesman doesn't want your money. But, it's what has not happened since is what makes this barely a 2 star for me. 3 days after taking the truck home the gear turn knob started making a noise.I called left message and text. They called me back and said they never heard anything like it and to take it to dealer by my home. I did that and this dealer told me those gear knobs make that noise. Ok, I relayed the message and said no we don't think so. Well, it's been almost 4 weeks and still nothing from them. Also, I have a 30 day tag from them that will expire in 6 days because they still haven't processed my check for the DMV to get my tags here in WV. I've messaged and called..so, if you experience any problems after your purchase here..good luck. The RAM is a great truck but I wish I would of stuck to Chevy and customer service I know I can get.

Recently traded in a 2012 Dodge 3500 Cummins for a 2017 Ram Rebel and the experience was a very positive one. All questions were promptly answered and Dale Morrell was a pleasure to deal with, he has over 30 years of sales experience and it shows, as he stays on top of the transaction from start to finish. The business office staff were also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great service . Justin Gross our salesperson was outstanding!!! We had 1 day to buy a truck have the back seat removed for my two 70' dogs and my wheelchair. Before going out of town.

My wife and I were visiting Bristol for the weekend and we experienced an issue with our Town and Country van. They worked us in on a Saturday morning for repair. The issue was a complex problem that required ordering parts. We were provided a loaner van to take home to Knoxville till our van could be repaired. It took several weeks before the needed parts could be obtained. The service department helped with what could have been a trying issue. Thank you Mike for taking care of strangers to your dealership. We were treated as if we were regular customers to the Friendship Dealership. They certainly lived up to there name!

Jim was amazing to work with and everyone at the dealership, including Dominic, was professional and efficient. I drove over 3 hours to look at this vehicle after finding it online. Before I made the trip, Jim sent me a video and offered as much info as I needed. I am happy with my vehicle and would gladly refer others to Friendship!

Our experience was excellent. Our dealer Marcus Haynes was polite,great sales rep for Friendship he had the best sales conversation but somewhere you could feel the person he is.. Over all the staff we dealt with was great. Thanks Friendship.

Just bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. It was smooth from start to finish. Tom Gozevich & Dale Morrell helped me pick the right vehicle for me. Dominic made the financing and paperwork a quick & easy process. Dale made sure I knew about all of the features on my Jeep before I left and highly recommend him. This is the 4th vehicle I've purchased here, 3 of which were Jeeps. I will be buying my 5th from here as well!!

There's a major reason for this company's name, Friendship. Not only is a customer made to feel at home, but made to feel like a "friend," and not just another prospect or number. This was my first experience with Friendship (recommended by my daughter) and from the time I walked in to the financial aspects of the purchase, I was treated "like family." Mr. Deeb answered every question with professionalism and never did I feel pressured into purchasing something I didn't want. And, having driven Chrysler products my entire life, something I will continue to do, the next time I need a new car, or I hear of someone needing that new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, I'll send them to Friendship.

What a great buying experience the sales staff was professional and personable. No hassle and they didn't try to "duct tape" me to the seat to rope me into a sale. They gave me a bottom line number with no surprises. Overall a good experience. Dylan was the sales professional that helped us, great to deal with and would return phone calls promptly.

Had a great experience at Friendship on Black Friday !! They were SO busy but we never felt rushed at all. We have waited YEARS to buy our new vehicle and had researched and searched other dealers in our area & NC - we could not have had a better salesman in Marcus - he was so knowledgeable and if there was a question he wasn't sure of - he went the extra mile to find the answer !! The finance department (Troy) and the General Manager Tom Hall were top notch. We are extremely please with our purchase and would recommend Friendship to anyone who expects great service/no pressure/knowledgeable sales personnel & an overall awesome experience when buying new or used !!!
