Gabe Van Noy is the best Sales Rep I have ever dealt with. He gets 5 stars and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership seems to be ran very well, as it is clean and all staff seem to be equally hospitable. The selection and quality of the used vehicles on their lot beats everyone else in the Tri-Cities. Clearly, they are proud of their vehicles as they back each of them with a 30 day warranty. However, I gave this dealership a 4 star rating, because I had to haggle my way to a good price and a good interest rate. This is because I personally am not into haggling, but sadly that seems to be how the car industry operates everywhere. Comparing this dealership to two others that I was serious with, Wallace Nissan definitely outworked the competition to get my money, and they deserved every penny. I will be back next time I am in the market for a vehicle. But I don't expect that will be too soon from now, because I plan on driving my beloved Nissan Frontier until it dies!

Staff was great, worked late with us on a Saturday evening with no rush. We had been out looking on a beautiful day. Not only did we come to Wallace Nissan once but twice that day. We test drove a Nissan Rogue the first time then we left and done some more car shopping. We had already drove an hour and a half that day looking. I was really set on the Rogue so we went back the second time. Gabriel met us with a smile again. He was awesome to work with and would recommend him to anyone. So our deal wasn't exactly met that night but on Monday with phone calls between my husband and Gabe a deal was set while we were going through a McDonald's drive thru. We went in on Tuesday evening to do paperwork and to get our Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier with our purchase. We purchased a new 2017 Nissan Versa today from Wallace Nissan, when we got there they introduced us to our sales associate Kris Begley, he was amazing, he was very in tune with our needs, he went above and beyond to meet our expectations. He got us the price we wanted, and offered us an amazing extended warranty. I would recommend Wallace Nissan to anyone and remeber to ask for Kris Begley, he will help with anything you need.

I was treated with such professional courtesy that I would recommend Wallace of Kingsport to everyone I meet. I did not feel pressured to buy and was going to check with another dealer before I made a decision. But, I decided to buy at Wallace because Kris Begley was so excited about the Rogue and kept showing me everything it would do. He sold me!

I bought a Nissan today Piper and Ashton were great. They made me feel comfortable no pressure to buy. Kimberly in finance was great. . I was glad to see women in the sales dept. I feel I got a great deal. I left happy and thats all that really matters. I love my new car Thank you ladies.

Needed to take my truck here for some service. Was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to get through with the work on my vehicle. Was expecting to be there an hour or more and was out within 40 minutes. The service people were very nice and knowledgeable. If I could see anything that might be wrong it would be the payment process. Seems like they don't have enough people taking payment and create a small bottle neck.

Me and my father went their to look at the new Nissan Titan, i have had a truck through out my driving history. I am about to graduate with a engineering major in 6 months and need a new truck since my current vehicle is at 200k+ miles and for a graduation gift i was planning to get my self a new vehicle, so i went their to see how i like the titan compared to Ford, and Ram instead i could not see how it compares. I know i was their to buy now about i was planning to buy as soon as a graduated and i told them this, when i ask if i can test drive the vehicle so i know what it is like, they inform me that i would need to go through a credit check, and i had to do one before i could test drive. That was a first i heard any dealer tell me this. So i guess when i graduate im looking at Bristol or Johnson city if i go for a Nissan truck
