I really like to keep my vehicles serviced properly. When I buy a vehicle, it is a long term investment, it's going to be with me for a while. I know at Toyota of Bristol I am getting the best service around. Thanks to Johnny I am in and out in no time and I went ahead and bought the extended warranty, just so I know I extend the life of my vehicle. Thanks Toyota of Bristol for providing great customer service and great service overall!

I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Bristol and they have been the "primary care provider" for each of them. Scheduling service appointments is quick, easy and painless. Any questions or concerns I have had have been addressed thoroughly and efficiently. I have great confidence that my vehicle is in good hands.

One of the best truck buying experiences I have had. Everyone I worked with was great. Glenda Plaster, Teddy McQueen, and Bob Clark all did a great job giving me a great deal. I wasn't able to buy local in years past but this buying experience changed that. Thanks.

Joe made this stressful and dreaded experience a magical one. Meeting Joe on the lot for this first time was a god sent. My Wife and I quickly gave a liking to Joe's professional and engaging customer service. He was very knowledgeable and every aspect of the business which make our experience an easy one. I would highly recommend Joe to my friends that wanted to make this process a less stressful one. Without knowing anyone else on your team I would have to say Joe would be in the top tier of sales representatives. I can't thank Joe Cabral enough for all the work he put into our experience and it is because of him my wife and I will be coming back for another vehicle in the future.

The service was great as always. I have only had my car serviced at the dealership. The service techs are knowledgeable and always on top of things as soon as I arrive. The waiting area is comfortable and I am never there for a long time.
