Great location. Friendly staff. Free classes with membership. Only $20 (a year!) to add a spouse/friend to your membership. Beautiful lobby. Great little coffee truck outside.

The Townlake child center is absolutely top notch! The women in there are so kind and my children love attending hang time upstairs. Tony Vargas is an incredible trainer. I can see my body changing and it feels so good. Overall it is a a fantastic facility and staff. There are 2 other Y’s closer to my house but I prefer to come to this one.

They have an amazing LiveStrong program to help cancer survivors get themselves back to living a more functional life. I was unable to even grocery shop for more than an hour before the program and afterward I was able to take my children to the zoo. It was amazing. I have maintained my membership at the Townlake YMCA so that I can keep up with the skills I developed during the program and to move on up from there.

We love the diversity of programs and members the most! It's always easy to find a machine to use, a class to take or someone to talk with! Everyone on staff is pleasant, helpful and welcoming. It's always clean and you fixed the drinking fountains!

I've been going to the YMCA for over a year. I enjoy working at using quality equipment that is provided. And I have access to anything fitness related to steam saunas to stair climbing machines. And I can even relax and study while having a cup of coffee. Awesome place.

This place is just OK. My biggest issues with this Y location are: 1) Very limited access to the pool for lap swim due to overcrowding. and 2) the lack of cleanliness of the locker room areas. However the staff is always friendly and helpful and the location is great.

Nice people and a wonderful place to workout or run the townlake track. They have great equipment to work out plenty of assistance if needed great people with great attitudes two pools one for lap pool and the other four children or just to play this is an awesome place it has a sauna and a steam room and it also is such a great place to just mingle With Friends

We attended baby swim lessons here and really liked it. Good instructors and pool. The parking here can be a challenge during peak hours.

Great place to bring kids to as well as swim and work out. Theres some sketchy people at night but what place doesn't have sketchy people at night? Anyways, I brought a bunch if kids here through my work and it's a great place to let out some energy.

I love it here! They even have a composting bin with the trash and recycle. I think they might use it in the onsite garden which is a great way to see the full life cycle of food.

The staff is great and they have a large pool, dry sauna with a steam room. As well, they have an indoor basketball court and large rooms for classes. Unfortunately, the space for free weights ( moldy smelling basement) is too small for the number of members. If you like free weights then do not join this gym unless you can workout at 3:00pm , each day. Parking is terrible, unless you can workout at 3:00pm. This gym would be better off if they moved the circuit training machines out of the basement and find room for them in one of the underutilized classroom spaces. The basement could be set up for free weights only. If they changed this configuration then I would give them 5 stars, but they won't. 😢 Either way, this gym is far superior to most of the franchise gym's like Golds. The membership cost is on a sliding scale , so it is based on what you can afford. The staff is really kind and friendly and I have never felt ripped off by the gym. Basically, the people make this gym and the family atmosphere is great. Watch out for the guy who drives the white camaro though, he is a nut! 😜
