Not the best Hampton Inn I have been to. Rooms were not in the greatest shape. Beds were comfortable and it is in a nice quiet location. Breakfast was pretty good too. They just need to focus a little more on cleanliness of rooms
Upon arrival was greeted immediately warmly. Room was very clean hallways were very clean and well kept Staff was very accommodating when asked for additional toiletries and pillows. Would recommend to friends and family if in this area to stay here.
Room was nice, pool is inside, business center is by the front desk, gym is on the first floor down the hall, guest laundry room is on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly cheerful helpful friendly and all around great.
Clean room and nice breakfast options. The only negative is that our sink and bathtub would not drain well.
Very clean and fresh smelling rooms and convenient location just a few minutes away from Austin. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the gym as well. The only complaint I would have is the not so friendly staff. As an employee of Hilton myself, I expected more friendly personalities and welcoming smiles. What we got were front desk agents that didn't seem to want to be there, and a very rude housekeeping lady. Other than that, no complaints, very nice breakfast staff as well was a plus. Over all, I would definitely return for the cleanliness and location.
Had a great time everyone was very friendly and helpful there! Definitely staying there again.
Check in was fast, front desk was friendly. The room was lacking a nice comfy chair to sit in, only had the bed, desk chair, and another table chair. Towels were not as soft as they appeared and were not very absorbent. Otherwise the room was spacious with a fridge/freezer combo.
We're planning on booking a block of rooms for our upcoming wedding and checked out this hotel. The lobby looked as though it had been redecorated and was rather pretty. As always the complimentary coffee and tea station was welcoming and helpful and the price point was reasonable. We continue to plan on using this hotel for our wedding guests.
Loved that the room numbers had pictures associated with them. It's so much easier to remember which room is yours. However, all of the trash cans inside the building seem to be small and so you have to walk outside to dispose of anything more than a couple plastic bottles or coffee cups. The addition of a recycling bin would also be stellar.
The location was good with stores and food nearby. The rooms were average but some things were not working like the bathroom vent. The a/c was hit and miss too. Overall it is ok for overnight stay, but not now then that.
Great hotel. Staff where friendly and knowledgeable. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean. Great breakfast.
Very clean, sizable room and comfortable bed. Not many gripes there. My only complaint is that room service wasn't answering for about 10 minutes when I needed another comforter. Eventually they answered and we're very apologetic and friendly about it.
On March 13 I made a reservation at 9AM in the morning for Easter Weekend. I specifically told the girl on the phone that I had to have the handicap room on the 1st floor with the shower for my 96 year old Mother. I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have always had the same room. She assured me that the room was available and sent me a confirmation. Today I received an email from Hilton Honors and it had my room on the 3rd floor. I called immediately and was told that the room I requested was given to someone else who had booked more than one room. Biggest disappointment ever as I was bringing my Mother to see all of her great-grandchildren in Buda. Will never stay at this hotel again.
The room was clean and spacious. Was trying to enjoy a nice evening with the boyfriend. We were in the middle of something and were rudely interrupted. One of your staff members barges in. Are you illiterate and didn't read the "do not disturb sign"?! Then your staff proceeds to call the room 3 times. Like are you serious. For starters learn to hire people with something higher than a 3rd grade education. Second be more organized. Inform your staff next time when a room is occupied. It was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Besides that the hot tub was an added bonus. The bed was comfortable. I may consider staying at this hotel in the future. But hire some people that something called common sense. I know its rare for people these days to have it.
