Nice atmosphere, but I didn't feel overwhelmed , it was just something about this facility that I felt was missing great bar the food was presented greatly but their environment just seemed kind of 2000 but I will visit again. The management and staff we're very cheerful and pleasing. When I'm able I will be visiting again.

One of the pricier Asian bistro's around town. I couldn't get out of there for under $15 in getting a pretty small portion of lunch, and that was me being picky. I ordered the Chang's Chicken Lunch, cup fried rice, and a diet coke. I ate the whole portion in about 3 minutes, and was still hungry. Fortunately, my company offered me their leftovers. I'm a bigger dude and need something to hold me over, especially when i'm walking all over Austin.
The food itself was nothing to brag about at home. It didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so with something like that I wouldn't care so long as they give me a lot of food, which they didn't.
Oh, and there is usually a wait around lunch hour for us, it was about 15 minutes. Bummerresponse / report this review -

The food was okay. I thought the prices for plates were very high. They charged me $5 for fried rice instead of white rice, really. More of a trendy restaurant than a good place to go eat everyday.

Always consistent, very reasonable prices. Great for sharing plates, and trying different menu items. Sat at the bar and had the sesame chicken and an order of spicy green beans. Both items were cooked well, and you can choose white or brown rice. If you're craving Asian food don't hesitate to try this location, great food and service!

The food is good, not great. The beef can be a bit on the tough side. The sauces are usually pretty good. Overall, the food is enjoyable, but it is overpriced. It isn't too difficult to find equivalent quality food for significantly less. I have to say that the service was excellent during my last visit though.

The pad thai was delicious. I needed a healthy meal before heading to my hotel room. It was slow for a dinner week night and yet the hostess was very slow to the door to greet me. The bartender was friendlier which led to a tip. Clean place and good food for a togo meal.

I just came from here and cudnt wait to write how happy I am right now. It was awesome being there, a very friendly staff and the manager who personally came to greet us n ask us about our experience being there. We had shrimp tempura there which was mind blowing n chicken kung pao which I guess one of the best I had at austin and the cheesecake was just perfect.will definitely like to go back again. N not to mention the price was lil high but if u can go for lunch it’s pretty cheap.

Sept '17 - Too bad so sad. This place used to be great. Not so much anymore. I can only justify 2.5 stars here. Unless you live in a Downtown Austin condo these days..you may as well pay for a cab to dine much less shop anywhere. Downtown has become a joke.

We got in early before all the wait staff were there, and so the manager served us personally - we were impressed. The food was really good, much better than the last PFC I went to in San Antonio. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Food is okay, service was not. Firstly, I asked to sit out on the patio which both the hostess and GM reluctantly gave me. The hostess did not offer to clean the area and persistently told me, “Yeah, this is hasn’t been opened all day” every 8 seconds. As far has the food service, the entrees came out swiftly. My waitress was very lovely, but did not box my food for me as most other locations do (thought it was standard). Lastly, I dislike servers giving the bill before I ask - I like to chill during meals! In addition, I expense my meals to my work; I need my drinks and food on separate tabs.
I have high standards for PF Chang’s as it is a family favorite restaurant that reminds me of happy memories. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience tarnished my high views.response / report this review -

The staff was beyond courteous and the Kung Pao shrimp was amazing! Also the manger Shaun Rivera was amazing and made us feel so welcomed.👍
