Nice and friendly place and they have a 15% discount (at least today). Most of the time i find a good discount or coupons on retailmenot. You also get food discount if you use their Kohl’s card and rewards cards. The reason for 4 instead of 5 is that their coupons do not apply to some brands like Levi’s.

I've always liked Kohl's in the past but I feel like their stores have kind of gone downhill. When I've been in there recently the selection has been kind of lackluster and out of date. One other thing you have to be concerned about is the default pricing is usually pretty high. Basically if it's not on sale it's not a good price and you could be overpaying by a lot. One other negative is the lines to be pretty long for checkouts. I wish that they would either adjust the number of people in the checkout faster or have more checkout lines open. One of the really nice things at Kohl's does is the Kohl's cares program. I've gotten a lot of books and stuffed animals for my kids via this and some of them are there favorites.

Tried to make a payment on line but the Kohl’s website has some problems that make it seem like you paid but actually didn’t (according to the Kohl’s rep I spoke with) 3 months later, thinking I’d paid my bill in full, I get a late fee of $75 and a big hit to my credit score when they reported me late again, not my fault. They refuse to remove the hit on my credit apparently, he said it’s very common, so heads up if you use their charge card. Plenty of better deals in Austin and on line.

Love this Kohls, I've been coming here for years. Always clean and the staff is always great. It can be a very busy location though. You might want to think about going off peak hours. The jewelry department is always great and the cashiers always help you find the best deal possible.

I was returning some items and only could find the gift receipts. The clerk was so helpful and took the time to look up the original receipt so I could actually get my money back instead of store credit. She was above and beyond helpful!!

This store is a mess. It has been for a few years. Other Kohls are not like this so I believe management is very poor at this location. Kohls is overpriced.I only shop here when I can combine sales and coupons to bring cost down to what it should be to begin with. Finding things is very stressful.

Never any help for questions in men's clothing, or shoes. Approached someone today working around the dressing room asking about tie size, he reacted as if I had instead asked him to verbally teach me a programming language on the spot. I then asked him if anyone else in the store could help, nope. I don't blame him, it's not his fault Kohls dosent bother staffing as it should.

Very large Kohls store. They have clothes for women, juniors, men, boys, girls, and babies. Plus jewelry, makeup, and household goods. It isn't the fanciest or the best quality, and it definitely isn't the most hip place to shop. But it's decent quality. It's a similar quality as target but target has better prices and cuter clothes.
