Hilton is Hilton and this property is not an exception! Very attentive team, their breakfast attendant has been at the property for years and you certainly can experience the "homey" feel when interacting with her. Starbucks is just steps away!

Horrible place. Told us they had cameras to make sure bikes were safe, Manager assured us all was taken care of. I came down from room and my motorcycle was stolen 5 ' from there main glass entrance doors. Claimed the cameras were down and no one saw anything, then staff warned me to check out the night desk attendant. Cops even agreed the staffs story made no sense. DONOT STAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We accidentally made a reservation for the wrong night. The hotel was very helpful and switched the reservation with no extra charge. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great. There was even fresh blueberries and strawberries. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. I spoke to Brandi, a sales associate, about reserving a block of rooms for my wedding in 6 weeks She was prompt and sweet, sent me a contract that I immediately signed and returned and then I assumed it was a done deal, which I suppose was naive of me. Fast forward a week and my guests are now contacting me that there is no block in our name and they are wondering what is going on. AndBrandi is unreachable, as are any management staff. I wait a painful, deeply stressful day before reaching out to a nicer and more expensive hotel that matches our group rate and takes care of me on the spot. Lesson learned: don't bother with this hotel for group blocks. Waste of time, energy, and stress. As if wedding planning isn't stressful enough to begin with!

The amenities of this particular Hampton, I feel, we're on par with the chain, or slightly above. The room itself was aesthetically modern and clean. I would also say that the continental breakfast was not superb, but above average in my experience.

I've stayed here 3 times in the past year. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, and the fitness center and pool are both nice. It is centrally located to the airport and the place I work when I'm in Austin. I will likely stay here again when my work requires me to be in Austin.

Nice place to stay for a quick trip to Austin. Clean and smells good! My only complaint is that we asked for a refrigerator in our room and didn't get onewas told that they were under new management and have not purchased enough to supply the rooms. So my husband had to keep our drinks on ice during our stay. 😐

I got in at 4:04 in the morning and was told to call in for the shuttle rather than take a taxi. The gentleman at the front desk knew I was coming and sent a shuttle for me. The driver came to find me and both staff members were incredibly kind and hospitable and seemed to know just who I was. I felt absolutely welcome. Great room, many accomodations. Didn't spend long enough there to notice much about the view, from what I saw it was your average basic near-airport non-view. Doesn't matter, the staff are great and the rooms are lovely.

Nice, friendly staff. Very accommodating. Breakfast is better than most complimentary breakfast. Liz is a sweetheart.

Incredible service from the staff. I required a bag hold and early check-in. Yumiko went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute reservation. Shuttle to airport, complimentary breakfast, and free WiFi. Not far from downtown. Highly recommend.

As a business owner, meetings change and stays change. As a loyal Hilton Honors member for over 20 years I was told there was going to be NO refund on an advanced purchase. I had called the hotel personally, and was told the owner was not in on Saturday but told the young lady to cancel the reservation. On Sunday, get an email telling me to check in, called the national reservation system and advance purchase department, was told NO you will not get any assistance with a refund. Now, I am not just a first time user of Hilton, over 20 + years and maybe 1000 hotel reservations. Whatever happened to taking care of the customer? As a result I am going to fight this to the end. The online advertising to get you to commit to that lower rate is misleading and as we all know, plans change. My client cancelled the meeting for Monday.
So I called the hotel 48 hours before check-in. Whatever happened to taking care of the business traveler?? I want the owner of this hotel to call me directly as that is what I asked for 48 hours before check-in.
4-19-17 - Still no call from the hotel manager and won't return phone calls. I will be contacting the investment company who owns this hotel to make them aware of their employees failure to take care of business travelers.
