Nice place, but no sound insulation in the ceiling. You hear every footstep from the people above you. Not fun when it's jumping children till 11:30 pm. Thud thud. Get a room on the top floor and you can bother the people below you.

When i originally responded was before they charged me a smoking fee in which i don't smoke and after they refunded they still insulted me by stating "we'll refund but there was smoking." REALLY
ALSO during my compliant call they admitted to putting letters under everyone's door stating there had been smoke smell in hallway. They are again smoke free rooms not smoke free campus so even if you go outside and come back in the smoke is on you and not to mention the ashtray is at the back entrance by pool ..so anyone walking past a smoker will have scent. Will not stay again on our family staycations..

Overnight stay after attending a football game. The room was clean and comfortable. However the sink and bathtub was clogged. The room had a mini kitchen. It even had a dishwasher. The pool area, the walls were starting to crack. Great price for the amenities.

Stayed for a week it was nice and cozy.
I loved it until my 3rd night someone in the room above me made so much noise woke us up through out the night and we had to be up early for work. Called the front desk complained seem like they got worst with the noise. Other then the person or people above us it's a great place😀😀😀😀

Excellent, comfortable, very clean, spaceous rooms, and well stocked with necessities of home, and business needs. Right of expressway. Not far from Crossroads mall, or West Main area. My favorite place to stay when I come back to Kalamazoo.

The staff was polite & very helpful, and the room was clean. Our first room, however, didn't have working AC so we had to move. And the walls are a little on the thin side. But great proximity to downtown Kalamazoo.

Great experience. Rooms were nice, new, and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have plenty of information about local dining and attractions in the lobby. Breakfast I'm the morning was fairly good as well. I would certainly stay there again.

Marriott upgraded our room to a 2 room suite upon hearing that we were traveling with a one-year-old. It was amazing! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was great! Overall, the hotel is very accommodating.

This place is just a dream come true. The rooms are beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for. The pool was nice and warm which made evening swims for me and my husband that much sweeter. My puppy loved walking near the on site lake and it was close to the freeway and local stores. Can't wait to return.
