They provided breakfast for and it was pretty good for included breakfast buffet. The service was just great. The pool area was a nice place to hang out with the kids. Rooms were in great shape and they give access to the HDMI ports on the television. Wifi was quick. I would stay there again.

Did not honor our reservation. We were in town for a wedding and had a reservation for 8 people to stay in two rooms (including members of the bridal party). We arrive after the ceremony (aprox. 3:30 PM) our rooms are not yet available. At that point all 8 of us are able to get into a single room to drop our bags before the reception and promised that we could check into a second room after the reception. On our way upstairs, the elevator shaft and hallway both were aggressively leaking from the days rain. After arriving back after the reception, we again attempted to check in and were told that there were no additional rooms available. We were then shown two dirty rooms that were available, before house keeping was called to have one of the rooms to be made up. Both rooms ended up being comped , however it was still a painful process.

I booked this as part of a wedding. The bride was told a block of rooms was reserved for the guests. Instead we were all spread across multiple floors of the hotel. We were also dispersed between rooms of high school sports teams. If anyone had any operational skills, they would have placed the wedding party together and the high schoolers together. I was also originally given a room right next to the highway, which was unbearably noisy. The lights from the parking lot were bright enough to light up the room at night. The staff was overall unfriendly. Further, for the price, breakfast should really be provided $120 a night with no breakfast, a poorly maintained parking lot, outdated rooms, and unfriendly staff Definitely will never book here again.

When checking in, I asked for a quiet room. We were put in a room on ground level right next to the pool table. I went back to the front desk and asked if that really was a quiet room and was told yes. Ok. We have to be up by 6:00 am and it’s now 10:30 and we’ve been listening to yelling and screaming from rowdy kids for the last 3 hours. I get the kids are here to have a fun time and if we didn’t need to get up so early it wouldn’t be a big deal but I specifically asked for a quiet room. So disappointed that the staff blatantly lied to me twice.

10:50 pm update: kids still out there and I’ve called the front desk twice. Obviously the 10:30 rule means nothing to the staff here.

Location is tucked away so you really need to look for the signs. The staff is friendly, and the room was good. I had a terrible view, half overlooking the pool, half overlooking the roof. But since I wasn't in my room much, I didn't mind. I would consider staying here again. It was convenient to what I was there for.

I've been coming here for the last couple years just to dine in because they had the best French dip in the city. However the last couple times the sandwich meat wasnt as fresh so that was a little disappointing. Also it's not cheap! Expect to spend about 20 bucks for a sandwich and soda. I have also stayed there in the past and it's really a kid friendly hotel so if you were looking for a weekend getaway don't expect peace and quiet or being able to swim in the pool without getting splashed by two dozen kids. Definitely more of a party or group atmosphere to stay in the hotel. Lots of teams or large families etcetera.

Excellent location and facility for families or groups. We stayed with my son's hockey team while in town for a tournament. They were very friendly and accommodating.

This is a good hotel because I was able to sleep there when I needed to sleep somewhere other than my own bed. My favorite part was that I could leave the next day. I would go back if I needed to sleep in a bed where other people have. I also like that I don't know who slept in the same bed the night before. It makes me feel all fuzzy inside. I took a photo of the hotel just in case you don't know what the hotel looks like. I hope nobody saw me take this picture because it probably looked like I was trying to take a photo of someone in their room.

Nice large indoor pool and hot tub facility with large recreation area, on site arcade, pool tables, ping pong, foozball, all connected to the restaurant and bar. Rooms have plenty of outlets but are dated and the A/C was an old unit. Our poolside room was convenient but it can be noisy until the pool closes.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff members were polite and courteous. The restaurant food was well made and the waitress was prompt. There were many kids, which made the pool area a little hard to enjoy for just adults, but the hour of adults only was refreshing.

Room was clean, needs updated. Not so sure about the pet friendly though. We have a small dog, there were no messes in the room. When we check out we were billed a cleaning fee of $40 to our credit card. I could see the fee if we didn't clean up. Our dog is potty trained and only went outside. Were we picked up after him. Wasn't happy about the charge and they claim to be pet friendly.

Bed was comfy. Large pool area. Room was spacious. Bathroom was small and was without a fan. No free breakfast. TV was old. Stayed in a poolside room. You could hear the children in the pool until 10:30pm.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine's Day and it was absolutely gorgeous. The entire hotel is beautiful and the room was clean, spacey, and well decorated. The only thing I would have liked to see is maybe a mini fridge and a microwave. Other than that, it was really a perfect stay. The hallways were quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was worth the price. The restaurant is also very convenient downstairs and also well run. Very happy with our stay.
