Rooms and breakfast was fine. They have strict internet connection. Most other hotels have open wifi. You need to sign up for their rewards program here and get limited to 5mbps without paying.

Great Stay * * * * *

Oh yes friendly staff.
Oh yes comfy bed, after a 10 hour drive.
Oh okay hot breakfast on site, edible.
Oh no nasty bathroom 2 days in a row - unbelievably nasty and mgmt was aware.
We always choose this hotel when we are in the area, but it’s been about 4 years. And we should have stayed away!!!
Bathroom smelled like a urinal on day 1.
Used towels to cover the floor and a wet wash rag to see just how nasty we are talking about. XTREEM NASTY. Next morning, Thanksgiving, let front desk manager know how nasty the bathroom was and watched her contort her face reflecting her disgust. Assured that the bathroom would be squared away, we left for the entire day, returned at around 11pm.
Oh no NASTY day 2.
Didn’t clean jack. Hair in shower - misc hair misc hair on a “fresh” towel. Left empty hotel soap bottle still in shower. Shower lever was still in shower position, no one cleaned the bathtub. Toothpaste still in sink. Still a potential hazmat location, I have no doubt that there is still urine on the bathroom floor.
One more day here before 10 hour drive back. Never staying here again EVER and my recommendation is that YOU and your family don’t either.response / report this review -

Great clean rooms. Super comfy pillows. A very good ac that was easy to use. Plus they give moutwash amnities in the bathroom. We got toothpaste and a toothbrush for free and that was the most fulfilling Continental breakfast I've ever had! 10/10 great place

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The room's air conditioner had a hard time regulating temperature though. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to drop it 3 degrees.

The hotel is in need of some updates. We had some issues with the room (shower drain) in the morning but customer service was great. Management comped the room in the morning with no other questions asked and was extremely concerned with our satisfaction. Everyone at the hotel was extremely professional and friendly.

Started out okay super nice lady working but went downhill fast! She told me at check in that brkfast had "everything" and ALWAYS had a meat and an egg get to breakfast no meat and only an egg omelet and potato dish that was too peppery to eat. Then after check in I realized I had been charged 3 times for my room and that they took all my $. Mind you I had already left and ate lunch which I could not pay for. Then I told them I had no $ for food or gas and they told me they had a system malfunction but yet blamed my bank and told me the g.m was not there so it could not be fixed and left me stranded with no food I had to sleep at a rest stop and eat NOTHING. If possible I would give 0 stars. Also they failed to notify me that this happened so I had already ate the meal.

We didn't stay but our parents did. The Continental breakfast was great! The rooms were clean. They only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance and that was a main reason they booked this hotel.

Room was clean, the whirlpool cover was barely held on by hot glue and the pump was tripped at the gfci. A good night though. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff was generous with extra shampoo.

We always love to stay at Hampton Inn and this was no exception. We paid a little extra for a suite and it was well worth it. The room was spacious. The sofa provided a nice seating area. And it converted to a cofortable bed, so our boys didn't have to share a bed at night. Plus they put on a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Room is very clean, staff is super friendly and accommodating. We were put in a room without a fridge (be sure to request a fridge when booking) and after mentioning it they had one brought to our room right away. Overall very satisfied

We had a newly renovated room with a jetted tub.
Nice staff, rooms, little store for little things you need..water, pop,etc
COMFY beds!!!! I'm always a bit worried about being comfortable in a hotel bed because we have a really nice and frankly pricey bed at home. I have stayed in very nice hotels around the world, and this bed was better than most. Would stay again!
There was obviously a child in the room above us that liked to jump off the beds and run around. We tried to let it go, but there was a massive thud LATE in the evening. I called the front desk and the man who answered was very nice. He stated, he heard the noise himself was going to go have a talk with the guests in the room. (Our room was near desk) The excessive noise stopped. We were grateful. I can't hold it against the hotel that people have no consideration for others.
