Just pick up a Certified BMW X5 for Randy Soby at Towne BMW. It was an out of state deal that was done in two day. Had a quick smooth transaction and was treated like super star, great service. I flew into the Buffalo Airport and was picked up by Randy 10min down the road from Towne BMW. I had a problem financing the car last minute and Randy set me up with Scott who got me a better rate through BMW. That was huge because I had a airline ticket and car service to airport all set for the next day. Love the car and the operating system so easy to use. Had a great time driving it home learning about the car. Averaged 32mpg on my 2015 X5 diesel great car.

Towne had my girlfriend's truck for a long period of time. It was an extensive engine internals repair. They were very kind to set us up with a loaner vehicle. They also called with frequent status updates. I ended up speaking to my service advisor, the service manager and one of the general managers . They were all polite and professional. If you own a BMW, this is really the best place to go.

I actually took my X5 to a different BMW dealership not once… But twice for brake service. Both times I was told that they could not reproduce the problem… hard to believe. Finally, Towne fixed the issue. I am very pleased with the result.
I went to this business for an interview with Tom Antoniadis. He liked me and was encouraging throughout the interview process. Shortly after filling out the application and saying our goodbyes, Tom called me suggesting there might be an issue with my application, but that he would personally call me back and let me know one way or the other.
He never called me back. Terrible professionalism, plain and simple. I regret giving them 1 star but it appears to be the minimum.

no one cant put an answer together. impossible for them to worry about my car! maximum warranty and no way they can figure this out! Can't find a grown up service manager to sort this out! on a saturday -- their answer is no service manager and the regular guy is not around. i have been trying to sort this out for days and days! and their answer is -- well maybe you can call warranty service and figure this out for us. i have to do all the calling and check on things! it is just simply amazing! can no one there figure this out and get this sorted out? amazed my car just sits there until i call and they say --
"oh yeah, we are waiting for approval"meanwhile not a single call to find out what is happening! a real embarrassment. is there anyone in charge there that will say: "Hey, wait a second this is a mess for the customer! Why is this car sitting her for over seven days without repairing it! someone's ass needs to be kicked!"
